They showed up 30 minutes late no apologies the work was very substandard. One worker walked around the house with bare feet. The floors had dirty footprints all over the place after they were mopped. They seemed like very nice people but I definitely would not use them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. They have a printed list that they give to you of all the tasks to be accomplished by their cleaning ladies. In 3 months I have RARELY had these executed. Different ladies all the time. Rarely show up at the appointed hour. Had to actually turn away service TWICE because they came too late in the day. . .3 pm when noon was the scheduled arrival time. Way to interfere with me getting supper started! I always make sure the house is picked up so they do not have to straighten up anything. I put items away from the bathroom and kitchen to make it easier for them to clean an area. There are too many cleaning services/ladies looking for work to endure this frustration and aggravation.
