I love this salon!!! I have been coming to this place for over three years now and am so happy with the service. My hairstylist Theo does awesome job in both color and cut plus she makes sure my hair stays healthy. Teo is the expert on keeping your hair in great condition even if you’re a blond! It is thanks to her, due to her concoctions to straighten and condition hair, that my blonde hair does not look fried or frazzled. In fact it looks beautifully conditioned and not dry at all. This salon was very kind and welcoming to me. Let me state that I am an African-American with natural hair. I just relocated back to the Valley and needed to find a salon to color my hair since the salon I used to frequent during my previous time here would not return my calls. I got the Japanese Straightening and it came out awesome! I went to several other salons before this one, and none of them could do it correctly, until now. Monique removed several skin tags from around one of my eyes. The procedure took less than 15 minutes and was virtually painless. I just moved to AZ a month ago and have had the same stylist for 20 years. Finding a new one I googled for stylists/salons with the best reviews. Bravo was in the top 10. I scheduled an appointment and had Kristen. She was wonderful. I'm so happy. I saw her for my first appointment and love my hair. She spent time asking questions and clearly understood how my hair has changed. The cut/color/highlights are terrific. I will definitely continue to have her as my stylist. The salon seemed to be a pleasant place with all chairs filled. Everyone was friendly and professional. I recently moved to the Valley area and needed special care for my hair. I researched the type of relaxer I wanted and made an appointment with Bravo. Alicia was my stylist and I was very amazed at her knowledge of hair. She spent time listening and suggesting the right treatment for me. I have very thick, long, curly hair. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, in fact, this will be my first review I've ever written, but in this case, I feel like I owe it to my stylist, Kimberly Gilmore, to write one. I just graduated college, started a new job, moved to a new home - I was looking for a fun change! Prior to seeing Kimberly however, I've had unpleasant experiences with various salons, making me incredibly apprehensive to try again. That being said, right off the bat the staff were great, very friendly, incredibly hospitable and they went the extra mile to remember my name and the details of my service (it's the little things you know?). Meeting Kimberly, she was energetic, attentive and excited to get started (I don't know about you guys, but that kind of passion for hair always puts my mind at ease). Initially, and what is going to keep me coming back, is that Kimberly was engaged, open, and honest! We were able to collaborate and figure out the best color fit for my complexion and kept the cut to the bare minimum (since I was trying to grow it out). Not only was I confident that we were on the same page, but she came back to me with an exact estimate of the service cost and made sure I was okay with the number. From my experience, a lot of salons do not take the time to communicate the nitty-gritty details behind your service, and I appreciate that I knew what was being done and I wasn't going to be blindsided by an obscene number.So the final result? Guys... it's beautiful. Kimberly did an AMAZING job. Yeah, okay, initially, it was darker than I expected, but Kimberly was very mindful of what I wanted and kept communicating with me that it's dark now, but the color is going to fade and that color will latch to blonde very quickly and easily. What I'm trying to say, is that the darkness of the color was not an accident. But she wasn't lying, the color even now is fading (I just washed it) and I've received SO MANY compliments from even my most pickiest of friends and family members. My hair is now the same color as my natural hair (I'm a natural blonde) and it has dimension with highlights and low-lights. The color looks natural and like fine wine, will age beautifully (too cheesy? Haha). So anyway! Yeah... that's my review... it's long but, I'm a happy client - to the point that I'm actually writing my first review. But it's my hair, and I mean, if you're still reading this then I know your hair is as important to you as mine is to me. So my recommendation? Give Kimberly Gilmore a call. More...

I was very fortunate to find Bravo Salon. I had just had one of the worst haircut experiences of my life and saw that Bravo Salon "fixed bad haircuts". I was impressed by the years of experience their stylists showed on the website and was able to get an appointment quickly, so I ran right over. They were very understanding, saw right away what needed to be done, and gave me one of the absolute best haircuts I've had in years. I am so glad I found this amazing salon. I have had a few treatments done to help the condition of my hair. Recently I was able to try the Brazilian express and I absolutely love it! It has been a few weeks since, and the treatment has lasted wonderfully! My hair is smooth, soft and so easy to manage. It dries fast, and it straightens very easy and fast. Stephanie is my favorite stylist of ALL TIME!!! A Jill of All Trades (short haircuts, braids, perms updos, balayage, men's cuts). She's extremely knowledgeable, honest, charismatic. It's also important to note that shes honest. If you ask for a style/color she doesn't think will flatter your facial features, she will tell you..which is appreciated!
