We hired Bravo to paint our entire house. We were very excited to work with them after seeing all the great reviews and meeting with the operations manager. He promised us that they would take care of our home and that we would be pleased with the outcome. What we actually experienced with them was the total opposite of our expectations and their promises. I'd say the quality of the overall paint job was decent (considering there were visible brush strokes in certain areas), but the workmanship and preparation was definitely subpar. Our home was a new construction and had recently been cleaned. We hadn't moved in yet and they started the job right after we closed. They promised to wear the booties we provided, but they didn't. They wore shoes throughout our new home and left dirty footprints on the main level vinyl plank and also on the carpet upstairs. We actually caught the project manager wearing shoes when we came to see the progress, so there's no denying this happened. The biggest issue we have is that they just didn't do a thorough job prepping at all. They didn't use drop cloth or tape properly because paint was splattered on doors, on the carpet in multiple areas, and on the trim/molding. They also left behind adhesive on our vinyl flooring. When we addressed these issues, they claimed that they prepped and wore booties, etc, but the proof is in the pics. They did clean up some of the paint spills, but overall they left us with a huge mess to clean up behind them. We paid them five figures and we just don't feel like we received a professional, high quality paint job. My experience with Bravo was wonderful beginning to end. I was searching for quotes to repaint my entire house as we recently purchased and wanted a fresh coat of paint (it seemed as though the prior owners never cleaned or took care of the walls or trim) and we also wanted to make the place our own with new colors. Bravo instantly responded to my request and made themselves available to provide an in person estimate. This was key as we were moving in within the next couple weeks. None of the other painters made themselves available so quickly nor did they call to speak to me about what I was hoping for (one texted a generic quote without following up). Bravos quote was very reasonable and in line with the other generic quote I did receive. Since they took the time to meet me in person and provided exceptional service by listening to my needs I went with them. In addition, they made themselves available to get the job finished within my timeframe (started the very next week). The painters were very punctual, professional and did a very good job. They cared about quality and detail and had us assess their work prior to finishing. They fixed the minor imperfections right away and finished within the quoted timeframe. Fred and his team with Bravo Professionals Contractors did an excellent job preparing my home for move in. They completed a renovation of just over 2,000 square feet for me scraping popcorn ceilings, painting the entire inside of the house and replacing the flooring in most of the house. Fred delivers exceptional customer service and excellent work quality. I would definitely recommend them and they can complete just about anything you may need done in your home. More...

A neighbor had recommended Fred Heath and Bravo Professional Contractors on our neighborhood facebook page, so I gave them a call to get an estimate on replacing some bubbled masonite boards and trim with fiber cement boards, and then painting the whole exterior of the house. Fred was professional and friendly, and his price was right around what I was expecting. He did an excellent job of communicating with me and setting expectations around scheduling. His crew arrived on time, worked hard, and did exactly what was promised and did a quality job. When extra work was needed because they discovered some additional rotted boards, they discussed it with me and got my permission before proceeding. I was happy that they pointed out the rotted boards that I couldn't easily identify at the time of the estimate because they were not immediately viewable. I wanted everything fixed before the new paint job, and they did it in a splendid fashion. The paint job is beautiful, and Fred even suggested painting the old metal awnings. I hadn't even realized that was possible, and having him do it made a big difference in updating the appearance of the house. I will definitely use Fred again and highly recommend him to others!
