I offer a cost effective online "virtual" service to clients. Most of my clients are in the technology or health care fields, often with MBA's or other advanced degrees. The complex tax issues I routinely handle are multi state, Equity Compensation (RSU, ISO, NQSO, etc), high income, rental property income, crypto investment income, and international tax issues for individuals.

I use a secure client portal to provide nationwide service. I have been working 100% remotely for the past 5 tax seasons.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I really didn't need to change much, was already working remote.
