I was desparate and needed help as soon as possible. Brandtisement came to the rescue very quickly and I agreed to pay $250 to have someone complete the configuration of four email accounts because my Only IT guy passed away while on the job, just a few hours before I contacked Bark.
I was put in touch with a young man named Alex and he collected my $250 and went right to work. Unfortunately the configuration was more dificult than we both expected and Although Alex tried his best, we did not complete the task. Alex made one final suggestion, which sounded like the right move. We deleted all the email accounts that were partially created and decided to just create new GMAIL accounts in their place. In my haste, I agreed and complimented Alex for a good TRY, but after we disconnected, I realized that I had no Idea what I was doing. I was unable to create three email accounts for three other people. I was stuck so bad. Each time, I attempted to create a gmail account (I needed three) I was asked for MY Gmail account and Password. I was stuck again. I tried calling Alex Back to just ask one simple question, but It was getting late and I was not able to get through.
I spent the money, yes, and Alex gave it a TRY, but it didn't solve my ptoblem. I would like to humbly appeal to someone in your company to ask one more question, as a pro bono favor. It sounds like an easy question, but I can't find an answer anywhere: Where do I go and how do I begin creating a Gmail account WITHOUT involving my personal Gmail account. Each time I clicked on "Create a Gmail accoun for another person", I was sked for my Gmail account and Password and my account opened. Everytime! I just want to start from scratch and create three different gmail accounts. Please, please, I lost one of my best associates and he took his talents to the grave. So, ?? #1: Is it neccessary to open my own Gmail account in order to create another account for another person? If so, where do I begin? Where do I find the first step? Or #2, Where do I go? Where do I start to create a new gmail account, without involving my personal account. Please, canyou help me. Will you help me?
