I highly recommend this gym for anyone. I always leave knowing that I got a good workout in and have never felt healthier or stronger since I joined in January. The trainers are experienced and professional and always come up with great routines. The prices are awesome and they give you options if you want to pay monthly or by quantity of classes. Luz is amazing and will push you to your limits! 100% recommend!! A major plus, boxing is fun! Need a stress relief, then this will do it. You will become addicted!
