Just had my daughters birthday party there today. Everything was wonderful. They had all of my decorations set up when I walked in. Our hostess was wonderful. We had a few rather stubborn kids in our group and she handled it like a pro. Everyone in our group (especially the birthday girl) left happy. It took a huge weight off of my shoulders that I didn’t have to worry about serving anyone. I didn’t have to worry about set up or clean up. It was wonderful. I gave this place four stars because my (young) children love it. I'd personally give it only three. They have a toddler play area with three small bounce houses and climb on toys that is fenced in. Super nice and safe from the big kids. The place also has multiple big kid houses, arcade games, and a putt putt. The putt putt is pretty much garbage at this point though and it's insulting that you have to pay extra to use it. The arcade games are also sub par. However, we'd go back for the bounce houses. My 2 year is a social butterfly so I find myself at more parties than a little bit. Overall I like bounce magic, the staff is great, there is plenty to do and a big space so everyone isn't on top of each other. Lots of funMy daughter is 7 years old and has hours of fun playing on the larger play houses.  It is such a big room that even when it is very busy with parties, it doesn't feel crowded.  We spend a lot of time having her run off some energy.  I have to say the food here is the best for adults (and kids).  The menu is more extensive than some restaurants.  I really recommend the beef on weck and the chicken wraps - yummy!  My daughter can get a huge plate of hotdog and french fries for just over $3.  It feels good when my daughter and I am leaving and I'm thinking - she'll sleep good tonight! Great for kids to get some of their energy out! Took my 6 and 2 year olds, plus another 4 year old and they were all able to play on most things together. They all really enjoyed the large slide and rides (tokens required for rides). Another customer was kind enough to give my daughter the tickets they had won from games, so she was thrilled to pick her prizes. We had lunch as well, which was reasonably priced for this type of establishment. It was nice to not feel like they were trying to overcharge because there was nowhere else to go. Food was okay. Facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.  Any issues with machines were easily and quickly resolved and they engaged our children throughout, even giving our daughter a bag full of tickets when they learned it was her birthday!

We've been several times over past 3 years with our oldest. Came with both the kids today and was disappointed to pay the full $12 for our 2 year old who only has 2 bouncers to jump in. Disappointed for our oldest because he's never been too short to go on ANY of bounce magic's bouncers and he was a finger width (not length) and the employee wouldn't let him on the big slide. He'd been going on the bouncer that they'd taken out with the big slide since he was 3. Loved this place on rainy days but paying full price for a toddler isn't worth it. Great that they have mini jump time...but we work so we're not available and our oldest is 6 so he can't come any play with his brother. Plus its not offered any other time.
Just very disappointed today. Was so excited to introduce it to our youngest and our oldest was excited to go on his favorite slide which is gone now. And he's not even an inch too short he can't go on the slide thay now have. � �

Today was our first time here. We can not say enough great things about the staff. From the minute we checked in, got our food and cashed in our tickets before leaving we were treated like family. I visited there today with my soon to be 5 year old son and my 1 year old son. There wasn’t too much for my 1 year old to do as he is not walking yet, but we kind of expected that going into it. He did have fun with some of the little rides that take tokens however. My 5 year old had a blast! He was definitely worn out for the hour drive home. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the facility was clean. My main reason for writing this however is to give a shout out to two very special employees. We saw a handful in the 3+ hours we were there but Lindsey and Josh really stick out in my mind. They were absolutely amazing with my son and with all the other kids I saw them interact with as well. I went here for super hero night . It was only my 2nd time at bounce magic . The staff was very friendly and every single staff member was great with the kids . They made us feel warm and welcomed . Every kid that was dressed as a super hero the staff member had them sign their shirt and made them feel like a real super hero , I felt they went above and beyond to make this event special for the kids . I love taking my daughter here because she can run wild and I can see her from every angle without worrying were she is at! I usually only go during the week day and when they open so there is probably only two other kids. This place is pretty big and they have so many bounce houses. But my daughter is more interested in the arcade part of this place which ends up costing way more money which Is why I only give this place a 4 star I wish they had an option were she can play 30 minutes for $15. Admission was $13 dollars for toddlers. Parents do not pay admission. They do have a food stand but I have never ordered food. It's pretty clean. The bathroom were clean. Great place to take the kids!  They had so much fun. Could use a few more bounce houses and rates could be a bit cheaper ($12 is pricy esp if each child only bounces for about an hour to an hour and a half), but overall, they have a great time.  My only concern is it seems there is no enforcement of rules when it comes to the toddler area. I saw kids much bigger than 42" who were throwing things around in that area, jumping on the table, and running/pouncing on the toddler bounce houses roughly while younger children were at play and no one was stopping them.  I even said something and they seemed to busy to care. We were looking for an activity for the morning of my daughter's 3rd birthday that was nearby and not going to take up the whole day. On a friend's recommendation, we tried Bounce Magic. I'll be honest, I was prepared for a nightmare, but was pleasantly surprised when the opposite resulted. A nice young woman cashed us in, and when I told her it was my daughter's birthday, she promptly handed us a bag of tokens and a sticker. My daughter liked the little kid rides. In my opinion, they were perfect for 2 to 5 year olds. But, as we explained to her, we were there to jump not ride. The bounce house is offered a lot. The nicest part is that we came in the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. which is considered their mini bounce time. only children under 5 are admitted during these hours. I think this is such a nice concept. Not only is the price discounted, $8 instead of $12, the small kids don't have to worry about big kids being rough or knocking them down. This is a nice place to go for a special treat especially when it is very humid outside or rainy cold weather. Our family will keep this Bounce Magic location in mind in the future. Our boys were two and four the first time we brought them here.  Little did we know that they were terrified by the sound of the blowers and the big puffy bounce houses that seem to be so much fun for kids of that age.  We spent a traumatizing fifteen minutes trying to get our boys to join in on the activities but it was fifteen minutes too long of fitful crying, screaming, and frustration.  We explained the situation to a very understanding manager/supervisor/owner(?) and he not only refunded our money and the coupon we used, but also invited us back to try again another time.  Fast forward one year and we found ourselves back again for a friend's birthday party.  On the boys' insistence that they love bounce houses now, we walked in, bracing for the tears.  ..only, there weren't any!  We set our things down in the party area, which was nicely decorated, and the boys flew off in different directions to go play.  This place has bounce houses of all shapes and sizes, arcade games, mini-golf, and a concessions stand.  The boys had a blast bouncing around, playing games, and trading their tickets for prizes.  The pizza here is surprisingly good!  I didn't expect it to taste that great, but it was better than the pizza from some of the standalone restaurants in the area.  The birthday attendant was good with the kids and kept the party rolling along with just the right amount of time for food, cake, and gifts.All-in-all, Bounce Magic is a great place to bring your kids when they need to expell some energy.  It's also a great get-together/playdate place because the parents (of older kids) can sit and easily watch the kids as they bounce around.  I highly recommend it! We are from Los Angeles and just staying here for a few weeks. Finding things for the kids to do has been rough! This place was amazing! We got there right at opening and were the first ones in! The two ladies who greeted us (I wish I had asked for their names!) were so sweet and helpful! The bounce houses line the walls, with a toddler area and larger ones for the bigger kids. I forgot my socks, but was able to buy a pair for $2 that were brand new clean and comfy! The kids had a blast jumping around and playing with everything! They also have an extensive arcade area with prizes for tickets won, but we didn't use that this time. I was also pleased to see they had a little grill in the back! It said concessions, but we ordered lunch and were pleasantly surprised! We all got grilled cheese sandwiches and fries, and it was a hit! The sandwiches were perfectly crispy and cheesy, and when i complimented them on it she said it was because they have a special convection oven for them so they don't have to use too much butter to crisp it up! Score! We ended our fun with some glitter tattoos and some more jumping and sliding! The women who were working there were SO kind and helpful and I fully recommend this place! My only advice is to have your kids wear non skid socks as their floors are a little slippery. I just had my kids walk instead of run when in the floors and they were fine, but next time I'd add the non skid socks! Fully recommend! More...

I decided to bring my son here for his second birthday and he loved it!  The place is loaded with bounce houses, arcade games and a few mini rides.  My little guy loved running around, jumping and even watching the older kids play.  Considering how gross kids are, I would say this place was very clean.  It cost $12/kid to get in.  I would say that's a little expensive since you are probably going to spend more money on food and tokens for the games.  If you go on the first Monday of the month, you can get in for $6 if you draw a mustache on your kid's face or finger.  For $6, I will definitely bring my son back. When I first walked in I felt a bit underwhelmed by the aesthetic of the space: it felt large and warehouse-like. but I don't think any of the kids noticed. All they cared about was how fast they could check out the plethora of themed bounce houses lining the edges of the massive room.  $12 per kid is neither the most nor the least expensive activity option, but it certainly isn't something you could do all the time. And that $12 doesn't include the arcade games, snacks, or mini golf. Though if you do mini golf, there is clear signage warning you when your ball won't come back so you can stop short of that hole in order to allow each kid to play, all for the same $1.There were a fair number of bounce houses all along the one wall, with a separate family area and a separate toddler area. I brought my friend's three kids there (ages 9, 7, and 4) and they did not stop moving for the 2+ hours we were there. I think the only two times they sat down were to remove and put back on their shoes.Parents seemed to do a tolerable job of keeping an eye on kids - I didn't notice any staff tasked with that responsibility - and there were no issues, injuries, or kid meltdowns that I saw. Much better setup than the previous location. Food was good we had a lg cheese pizza that cost $13. It was pretty decent. The kids loved it . A pitcher of pop was less than $5. They were out of chicken fingers for the buffalo wrap I ordered (6.50 with fries) but the girl quickly substituted grilled chicken and all was fine. They also have vending machine and one if those vacuum ice cream novelties machine. They offer 10+ different bounce houses, a rock climbing wall (no extra charge), arcade games, a nine hole mini golf area (0.50 per ball, bring quarters it's in a gum ball machine), glitter tattoo area, gem mining waterfall, and they offer feathers and colored hair accessories. As the name suggests, its a bouncy bounce play stuff. You can buy a 30 mt or 1 hr tickets and let those energies of the kids bounce. What is really scary is that few kids get hurt here and there as the kids are pushing and sliding. You can find atleast one while you go. That doesn't mean its not safe or you can't go but you might wann stay with the child no matter how old the child is. Its a small place and very crowded. They have slides, Bouncing trampolines, climbing on wall, kiddie play area, pizza to eat, coats hanging place, Shoe rack to leave your shoes. Good place for a small play date. The staff and owners are very friendly and the prices are so reasonable. My kids have a great time, and so do I.I would highly recommend Bounce Magic for play and Parties! We've had two birthday parties there and I have to say, I was thrilled. The new outside area is very nice. I sat with a friend while the kids played in the sand and water tables. We played mini golf, 9 hole. Just big enough so the kids won't get bored. The bumper boats are a blast.You might want to take a towel. The kids get a good workout on the slide and bounce houses and do they ever sleep good. Saturdays in the winter are pretty busy. We usually head there around dinner and get the package deal. The pizza is very good and I like the idea that you don't need a coupon to get the savings (like I have time to remember coupons!).
