Update 2019: I had a complex order and delivery request with many moving parts recently and the fine folks at Boulder Garden Florists absolutely killed it. Not only were the flowers above and beyond expectations they were also an absolute joy to work with logistically.This place has consistently gone above and beyond for my company and our clients. The original flowers were rather disappointing but they followed up and replaced the flowers with ones the recipient appreciated. VERY GOOD service! Ordered the "designer's choice" for my wife's birthday, and had it delivered to her workplace. She loved the gift. It was my first time ordering flowers from Boulder Gardens, and I'm very satisfied. I looked into other florists in Boulder, but ended up purchasing from Boulder Gardens because they have an online shop that works and a "designer's choice" option, which is the best thing a florist has ever invented. Here is why:
1/ I know very little about flowers, so I am much better off leaving things up to a professional.
2/ the florist does not have to pathetically try to replicate a picture, with flowers that are likely out of season and would have to be imported from God-knows-where.
3/ Flowers are more likely to be grown locally, as I assume local flowers are both cheaper and fresher.
4/ The florist is free to use whatever they have on hand, resulting in less waste. Everybody wins! More...

What an amazing experience! Boulder Gardens Florist made my bouquet for my wedding on May the 4th, and it was exactly what I wanted. My husband and I had our wedding in Boulder, but we live in Aurora. I'm a very visual person, so it can be hard for me to describe what I'm looking for over the phone. The woman who helped me was amazing and texted me photos throughout our phone call and helped me create my dream bouquet. They also give a damn good military discount, which pleases me as both a child of a retired Marine and a now wife of a retired Solider. This place went above and beyond to help me out. I bought two large palms from them a few months ago. One flourished while the other unfortunately deteriorated and I couldn't figure out why. I reached out to them and the owner offered to come over to my apartment to take a look, so I wouldn't have to lug the plant back into the store. He said it wasn't my fault, took the dead plant with him and offered for me to stop by and pick out a new plant to replace it. He also repotted the other plant for me since it needed it. He didn't ask for any money, explained everything to me, told me how to better take care of my plants and was so great to work with. They have a great selection and wonderful employees. On Mother's day I received a bouquet from Boulder Gardens Florist.  My son in California had called them and discussed what he wanted, as he didn't see what he wanted online.   The bouquet arrived on the appointed day and was spectacular----and 4 days later it still is.  As more blossoms fully open, it still looks spectacular.    I just called them to say how great it looked.I see reviews from a year or two ago from unhappy people.  Perhaps they have new help.  They lady I just spoke with to say thank you said she was new.  As I look at my bouquet, they would be the florist I will call in the future. This is my go-to florist in Boulder for bouquets and office gifts. I walk in with a price range and a color scheme, and each time I walk out with a beautiful, full bouquet for less than I had anticipated. I am by no means a flower aficionado. The florists here are able to tie together beautiful,  fresh, automatic bouquets with a moment's notice. Most of the staff members are great, though every now and again I wind up with a particular staffer who is rather abrupt in her interactions. But overall, I have been very satisfied.Note: I have never arranged for delivery, so I cannot attest to that aspect of their services. These folks were a bit busy when I called so they were pretty short on the phone... With that said, they did an awesome job and delivered these within hours of ordering them.  My girlfriend said that they were beautiful too...  They are a little pricey but that's was okay with me.  I paid a little extra to order from them because I dislike the big chains driving hard working family businesses out.  Well done!
