We've been thrilled with the service from BBDW. We moved to Quincy in January and left behind a dog walker we loved at our old house. BBDW immediately adopted Izzy into the pack, and they take great care of her. We love the easy to use booking system, and the daily email updates with pictures that we get after walks. We continued using the service even when we're home during COVID because our dog comes home happy and tuckered out. Cortney is so kind and clearly loves Izzy as much as we do. The BBDW Team is fantastic! They provide superb service and go above and beyond for my pup. I use BBDW for weekday play groups and Melissa is wonderful! She always picks my pup up on time and keeps him happy and exercised all day. The BBDW portal is incredibly well run and user friendly and I love the pet journal entries after every walk to see what my pup was up to during the day. I also used BBDW for training when I got my pup and after just one session with Aaron my pup was already listening, walking on leash better, and mastered the sit command. I would recommend the BBDW Team to anyone, they are a caring, knowledgeable, and reliable group who you can trust. They have also been extremely helpful during the COVID-19 crisis while I have to work at home. They pick Leonard up in the morning and bring him back exercised and exhausted in the afternoon which enables me to have a quiet and productivework day at home. More...

We have relocated to Boston and found Aaron to be best in the business . Our pet Charlie was a rescue and we hired Aaron to train him and socialize with other dogs and people and that’s the best decision we ever made for our pet . Aaron was really patient with Charlie and then built the trust and one month into his training we really saw massive improvements in Charlie’s behavior . He calmed down a lot and we also followed all the training homework that Aaron gave us . Aaron really knows what he is doing . He’s super professional , friendly and understands the clients needs and always thoughtful . He’s never missed an appointment and it’s been 8 months since we have been using his dog walking and training services and Charlie is really happy to meet him and looking forward to his walks everyday. 13/10 we would highly recommend Aaron and his company to anyone looking to take care of their pets !! Boston's Best Dog Walkers are amazing! Our dog gets so excited when his walker comes to pick him up, frankly more excited than when we come home, and happily heads out the door for his play group. We can see photos and where he went via GPS on the app and he comes home happy and exhausted (which is great for us). You can tell his walker cares for him and she uses the sweetest voice to greet him. She is in and out of the house quickly and, with social distancing, we just keep his leash by the front door and simply wipe down the door handles once he's back. Andrea is his main walker and on days I work from home and I see him get picked up for playgroup, he doesn’t even give me a second thought as he trots out the door with her. ????
