I was just very unhappy with the "secret" charges they tried to get away with. I called BLL In the spring to get an estimated price. I was quoted a certain price +tip. When the time came to book and pay, they tried to charge me an extra $300. When I asked about it, they responded with "price+gas+30% tip". I was very unhappy because they never mentioned the "gas" in the original quote and stranded tip is 20%. I found it hard to give a 30% tip without having our services met yet. They agreed to take away the gas price and lower the tip to 20%, If I didn't notice the extra charge, I would have been taken advantage of. I did go over the time requested by 1.5 and they charged me an extra $500! I corrected the time they said I went over and they re-calculated the price to a lower - more accurate one. More...

This was one of the very best car service experiences I've had. Our driver was Ricky and he was incredibly polite, the car was immaculate and the overall service superior. We were left stranded by another company when they came to the airport with a broken, beat up and unusable car seat ( twice)! I called Luxor Limo from the airport in the evening and within 25 minutes, Ricky was loading our luggage into the SUV and we placed our baby in a safe, clean seat.
