I started this company to help companies clean up their books. So, you can do what you love, work on your business and live your life, and I do what I love. I can do all your bookkeeping, financial statements, budgeting, filings and much more.

With over 20 years as a flexible, hands-on CFO or Controller, and a strong knowledge of GAAP Accounting, I built, trained, and managed the Finance Department and Human Resource Department in many for profit and not for profit industries including, but not limited to Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, Higher and Primary Education, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Shipping and Real Estate. I have displayed an ability to drive out inefficiencies through process improvement, implementing, maintaining, and developing financial systems, accounting policies and procedures. I have performed as well as trained in all accounting functions. I have set up and used many computer software applications for accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, payable, human resources, and expense reimbursement. I quickly learned any software package I had not previously utilized to set up the accounting functions. Furthermore, I have successfully developed budgets, performed risk assessment, data analytics, internal and public reporting, and financial review for many international, departmental, and developmental projects, as well as multi-million-dollar mergers.

In many of my previous positions, I needed to restructure the businesses and numerous departments. Through cost cutting, strategic planning, nurturing financial relationships, negotiating, forecasting, better overall reporting, communicating with, and presenting to, all departments in an easy to understand way, I have taken businesses from deep financial trouble to create financially sound organizations, often resulting in achieving moves to the top of their industry.
