Review of Your Books (Free For Some Clients)

This service is currently free for small businesses and nonprofits with under 50 employees.
Bill Pay
Your BooksTime bookkeeper can set up payments on your behalf through a secure online payment platform. We’ll follow your guidelines for when to pay which bills, from which accounts, and so on. You'll click an "approve" button to authorize payments before they are released. Approvals are easy: you can choose between a secure website portal, or a secure app for your mobile device.
Invoicing
Getting paid shouldn’t take a ton of work. We’ll prepare and send invoices to your customers. These can of course be based on your templates and guidelines, if desired. We can even follow up with your customers about late payments as needed. If payment reminders need to be sent, our team will use templates that we’ll confirm with you at the outset.
Personalized Reports
Get financial clarity without the hassle.
Your bookkeeper will provide you with easy-to-understand reports. That way, you can stay on top of your finances and plan for the future -- without spending any time in Excel or QuickBooks.
Your bookkeeper is also available for calls to review the books together to identify changes and trends, as well as potential concerns or opportunities. You can meet with your bookkeeper via phone or video-conference, or you can stick to email if you prefer.
