Bol Punjab De hands down the best Dj we came across. We hired him for our jaago event. Throughout the  whole party no one left the dance  floor, it was packed.  He knows how to keep the party alive . Not only Indian songs, he was so so good with hip hop music,  all of our friends and family enjoyed the music. You guys won't be disappointed if you hire him. He's very humble and  professional at what he does and easy to talk to. Request any song he'll do everything to make that happen. Nix coordinated my wedding DJ, lighting, and my Barrat (Hindu wedding) which included a HORSE!! What can I even say, everything was amazing and perfect. The attention to detail surpassed all my expectations, I'm pretty sure he ran out of business cards by the end of the night. He mixed the various music styles and languages perfectly!! Half of my guests were Indian and half not, he played traditional Indian / Punjabi songs while mixing in Bay Area classics as well as mainstream pop / hip hop / and even country!!! Nix and his team are incredible. We got married in Mexico a few weeks ago and having him as a part of our wedding was such a gamechanger. Our guests were in awe of his talent and are still contacting us weeks later asking where they can listen to more of his sets. We wanted a good mix of hip hop, bhangra, and bollywood. Nix seamlessly blended all three throughout the night. Our wedding planners who have been in the business for 20+ years said they have never seen so many people on the dancefloor at another wedding. I came across Niku through a another wedding in the bay. We knew we had to book him for all our wedding events because he IS flat out amazing. I wanted our wedding to feel like a nonstop party and Niku gave us exactly that and then some more! Every single party went past midnight and our guests did not want to leave the dance floor. The biggest pros - always, always on time and stayed past than what he was supposed at certain events (because we were having way toooo much fun!). Whenever he sensed the dance floor dying out (maybe 10% of the times), he made sure to get the party right back on track. His brother, Harvi's dhol skills are on point! Nix was our wedding day DJ and he killed it! I am Mexican and my husband is Punjabi and he was able to flawlessly mix between Cumbia, Salsa, Bhangra, Banda, Desi music and hip-hop. Our wedding was a few months ago and everyone still talks about how much fun they had dancing. Nik dj'd my aunt and uncle's 50th anniversary party last summer. He definitely knew how to get the party going. He really understood our music requests. Hands down Bol Punjab de are the best deejays out there.. They know how to get the crowd moving and they know how to properly mix and transition their music. I used them for many events and the latest was my brothers wedding reception in Oakland. These guys rocked the crowd and the guests loved them.. Nik and Harvi did a terrific job. Very professional. They were everything that I could have asked for in wedding entertainment / DJs. They showed up early, stayed late, and absolutely killed it with the music (selection, timing, et cetera). Multiple people commented about the great work -- whether it was Harvi's instrumental skills or Nik as the DJ. I was particularly impressed by how in tune with the room Nik was. Whenever he sensed a lull in the crowd, he made sure to get everyone back on the dance floor. The musical selection was the perfect mix of classics and newer songs, keeping our guests energized and ready for more dancing all the way until closing time. These guys are gems in the bay area!! Ive been to countless parties & receptions with dj's who cant keep the party going on a dance floor. Bol Punjab De delivered top notch services & kept my brothers reception going until it was time to shut down. They are extremely talented & professional. I love that they come out with new mixes on their website every month that you can download  not only to experience how talented they are, but to also have a great updated Punjabi playlist on my iPod every month. My family and I have been dedicated customers of Bol Punjabi De since the early 2000s. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family because they are passionate about what they do, and always make sure their customers are happy. There have been a couple times where they've completely gone out of their way to make sure everything for our event is the way we wanted. This duo does a great job staying on top of entertainment industry trends, and they always make sure they bring the latest entertainment packages to their customers. Not do they work locally in the Bay Area, but their presence is known internationally due to their musical success over the years. Nik and Harvi have been in the entertainment business for quite a number of years and always deliver the best of the best. They have DJ'd a number of family weddings for us in past 5 years. They were also the guest DJ at nonstop bhangra in SF back in March and DJ Nix definitely tore it UP! The crowd was going nuts man! He seems to be a pretty well connected fella with all his fan following. I started keeping up with their monthly mixes that they post on their website, my favorite is the January 2014 one.
