Working with Kenny Smith has been an extremely rewarding experience. Our training sessions have been always varied, always optimally productive and always carefully thought out. Kenny Smith is a true professional, he understands the necessary steps needed to customise each session. The hours spent with him are tough, fun and absolutely devised for my own needs. Kenny is well educated, knows and understands the limitations of each client and is most encouraging in striving to reach our potential. He is thoughtful, careful and steadfast.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs to find the right man to supervise and encourage and eventually reach each customer potential.

When I was young, I was in construction and still always loved fitness and lived the life style for the most part.
I liked construction , but not loved it and couldn't see myself doing this for a living.
After all, I woild look around and see most of the seasoned workers looking broken down, smoking, eating unhealthy , some drinking after work, or worse, at lunch time.
Many of these people had bad posture, injured shoulders, knees , lower backs ,etc. and I knew this isn't what I want.
In the 80's when this business was relatively new, it was clean, healthy, gratifying and in a place that I felt most comfortable and loved, the gym!
I admired the ones who pioneered the business and new I wanted to be a part of this.
I studied various courses and throughout the years, slowly transitioned in to the business, 28 years ago and this is how I make my living, this is all I do and do what I love !!

Bark clients as well as all other clients should choose me because I care about each and everyone of the people I work with. I have a vested interest in success. When the client sees results, It shows that What we have done together was correct and the client is happy and that's how I keep my business going.

I could but won't. I couldn't possibly do 100% for the client unless I'm there in the trenches with them. I'm hands on.

I accommodate the client via any means to be safe for both of us.

Services

We offer a wide range of comprehensive training and nutrition to complement the program.

1. Proper caloric intake and macronutrients - based on body composition , lifestyle , activity level and goals.

2. Proper cardio- the right amount of cardio based on heart rate , time of day , duration , method , etc.

3. Proper resistance training- based on goals , skill , method , program.

4. Proper supplementation- is only meant to complement and to make complete what the actual menu is deficient in.

5. Systematic application- is applied when diet runs it's coursed and program needs to change as you advance , and or next phase of training is in order , so you keep moving forward with you personal goals in mind.

Small group, boot training ( 2-5 people ) is meant to keep it semi personal to each trainee as possible.

This could be done at my gym , your house , your office facility , or in the park.

Diet Plans are custom to the individual's lifestyle and demands.

Each diet plan has menus for resistant days and less demanding days.

These menus are based upon lean body mass , daily activity and goals.

The menu plans are 12 weeks with weekly check in and at least 3 or 4 modifications , or as needed.

This training is to correct posture and or imbalances due to poor health or injury.

Recovery sessions are sessions that incorporate stick rolling , massage , theragun , trigger point and PNF stretching , which enhances flexibility , range of motion , blood flow and recovery , to name a few.

Metabolic training is a true form of interval training , based on heart rate and time.

One of the best and fasted ways to burn fat, gain lean body mass and to greatly increase stamina!

Body Building for fun or for competition, we'll put all phases of preparation in order to maximize muscle . fat loss , and condition.

This is a process that could be 6 months to 16 weeks depending on many variables.

Just want to lose fat , get leaner , eat right and be as healthy as possible!!
