I have worked with Jason over the last few years. He is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. He created a program that allowed me continue competing as runner and triathlete while also providing me with the tools necessary to manage a chronic musculoskeletal injury. Jason is awesome!!! My boyfriend and I went in for fitness evaluations and walked away with lots of new knowledge. We went through our normal workout routine while communicating our pain points and focuses. Jason made us both feel immediately comfortable with his relaxed attitude, honest and comical feedback, as well as helpful and sincere advice. We went to our usual gym right after and applied what we were taught, both feeling a huge difference right away. We were using muscles we hadn't ever before and are excited to go back. I've worked with both Jason and Brendan; and enjoyed working with each of them. I worked with Jason for several months and received nutritional coaching and a customized weekly workout schedule. Jason is a great listener, very caring and extremely knowledgeable! By following his recommendations, I achieved my goal of shedding more than 10 lbs, reducing fat and creating toned muscles. I worked with Brenden once and my session with him was outdoors in a park - NICE! He's a great communicator and very patient. He guided me in simple, yet very effective, exercises resulting in a great workout! I had a lot of muscles reminding me the next day of what we had done! I have had such an amazing experience with both Jason and Brendan, who not only are very warm and personable, but they have challenged me to achieve my fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing me to succeed, yet being patient with my process.  They listen well to my needs and are both educational and supportive while working out. I started here a year ago, doing 1-2 days a week. I'm now here 4 days a week and absolutely love it. Jason knows his stuff! I not only look better, I feel better. He's helped me work through injury, improved my cardio, and I actually ran my first 5k because of what we done in the gym. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. More...

Jason is great at not only working your body out, but is great with nutrition help as well. He works with different needs from the people who want to compete, to people with special needs. Everything is tailored to your needs.

The first step is to reach out. See what you can do today, you will be amazed at how things can turn around for you.

For example, my brother who has Down's Syndrome, with Jason's help went from obese to fit. But at the other end, he has helped clients compete in fitness shows. In between, is me, who just needs some direction in making sure I am getting a well rounded workout.

I started working with Jason 2 years ago. The training with him has been phenomenal and significantly improved fitness, core strength, stabilizer muscles and overall body tone and conditioning. Jason's assessment process and customized program continuously introduces new exercises while considering any and all special circumstances due to prior injuries or surgeries. Gradual improvement was continuous from the very beginning of our work together. I've been working with Jason for two years now, and the results have been staggering. Having never worked with a trainer before (I've been turned off by most trainers I've seen out there), I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm also in the alternative health care field, so I know anatomy and function of the human body. Jason has continually exceeded my expectations for what a trainer can help me accomplish. I work out with him twice a week, and I love that I'm never sure what we're going to work on (aside from knowing that Monday is "Leg Day" and Thursday is "Upper body"). Jason's approach utilizes a wide variety of functional/corrective movement and strength-building exercises to constantly challenge me, but in a way where I've never hurt myself or felt like he was pushing me into something that wasn't right. Effective program design begins with your current state of health. Where are you now and where do you want to be? What will it take to get there? How long will it take to experience optimal results? Starting with a comprehensive assessment that includes postural analysis, range of motion (ROM) assessment, core ability, and compensation negation, you will have the knowledge to take the appropriate steps to meet your goals. Your exercises will be derived from this important information in the form that is most applicable to you and your needs while keeping you injury-free and performing at your best potential. Bark Customer rates as low as $65 per session based on frequency.

This cost-effective yet effective training method gives you access to workouts that you desire in a convenient and fun group setting. With up to three participants, you can experience a semi-customized, structured exercise program expertly designed with your results in mind. This is no bootcamp! Each member is given adequate instruction and supervision to ensure both safety and effectiveness. This particular method makes it easy to get started as research shows that working out with others increases both accountability and consistency. Each session will consist of exercise techniques that will match your ability level; beginner or veteran, you will find challenge and results that you are looking for!
