I've thoroughly enjoyed workin with the trainers at the Body Lab over the years. Initially, I started out with Bakar (owner) and the scientific performance approach he took yielded amazing results for me as an initial weight loss client. Eventually, Bakar took a bit of a part time role and I started working with RJ for a while. RJ's demeanor and patience while delivering a very comprehensive service/session are his most endearing traits. This place is a Gem. In fitness as in life, you go as far as you push yourself, but Body Lab gives you the tools, training, and advice to succeed. I work with Ranjane, so I can speak to his methodical and tailored approach to my workouts. However, every trainer at Body Lab will work with you on your goals, understand where you are vs where you need to be, and provide an environment that is open to all levels of fitness to get you there. Mind you, the workouts are NOT EASY, but the physical challenge will have a stellar impact on you, both in and out of the gym. While you do work with one trainer, everyone in the gym is there for your success, and you will find that trainers talk to each other and share ideas on the best way to approach your training. We schedule an initial consultation to understand your requirement and needs. From there a scientific research and experience based assessment is made to determine the best plan of action to provide lasting solutions for your needs. We follow this plan of action for a specified time period and measure the progress and growth in relation to your specified needs. Throughout the process, we adapt to any additional factors to best achieve the goals and results intended. The process is collaborative and the client has an equal voice through regular follow up consultations in determining the outcome over time.

Prices start at $249 a month for 2 sessions weekly/8-9 sessions monthly, $359 for 3 sessions weekly/12-14 sessions monthly, $449 for 4+ sessions weekly/16+ sessions monthly.
