I started working out with Chris to help me recover from a back injury. I had tried physical therapy at two different places but opted for a personal trainer since PT seemed like a huge was of time. Chris has been great. He helped me with exercises that I could actually do with my injury but that also made me feel like I was making progress. I have been training with Chris for 4 years now and I highly recommend him. He was able to create a training regime specifically to help me with my martial arts training. When I had a knee injury and then later an ankle sprain, he was able to help me work out around these injuries and keep me going. Â I am very happy with our results.As a psychotherapist, I appreciate his psychological mindedness, his empathy, curiosity, and his enormous sense of humor.
