Bode is a master. I thought it would be fun to take some pictures to give to my husband for Christmas, so I booked a session with Bode. With his expert eye and the right lighting, he took a normal girl from LA and literally turned me into a model. I have never looked so hot! I will definitely be going back and I'm sure once my girlfriends see my transformation they will be booking with Bode as well. xo More...

Talk about a Dynamic Duo! Bode Helm and Holly are both amazingly artistic, creative and extremely professional! The experience with doing a photo shoot with Bode Helm is a once in a lifetime experience! I truly felt relaxed and the whole thing was so much fun! Working with Holly after was wonderful as well. Nothing but praise for Bode Helm Photography! I purchased a photo shoot with two touched-up images through Living Social. Bode and Holly were very accommodating with scheduling . This was my first experience with a photo shoot, let alone boudoir style. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable even wearing lingerie in front of strangers. The variety of settings made for outstanding results. Bode instills a sense confidence and the outcome of my shots was fantastic. In addition to the two images, I ended up purchasing a book with 30 shots (this also included digital copies of all the photos.)I am thoroughly impressed with what was likely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. 10 Stars. Bode Helm is a genius. He and Holly, (his producer who handles all the logistics/booking/re-touching), are two of the most talented artists I've ever worked with. As soon as I walked through the door, Bode made me feel like a star. Obviously, he is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience, but his charismatic, passionate, and playful spirit is what made the process just as fantastic as the end result. There are tons of photographers who can take a pretty picture. But Bode finds what is uniquely beautiful about YOU. He took his time and wouldn't stop until he got the perfect shot. He'll direct you so you feel taken care of, but encourage you to let loose and just go for it. Even when I was like 'uh... this pose feels so weird, are you sure?' he'd play the image back for me and I'd be completely shocked by how amazing it looked. Honestly, Bode could make a freakin' potato look hot.Also, I had never done a boudoir-style shoot before, so I was a bit nervous and self-conscious about being so exposed or how my "problem areas" would look. But both Holly and Bode went above and beyond to make me feel sexy and comfortable, and the photos came out 100% tasteful and elegant (plus, Holly is a wizard with re-touching). I truly could not be happier. I recently purchased a Groupon for a Boudoir shoot with Bode. There are a lot of photographers offering boudoir shoots on Groupon, and so I specifically wanted to post a review for those women trying to figure out who they should go with. Â Having gone through the entire process I would definitely recommend Bode. Â First off, both he and Holly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable through every step of the process. Â They are both such organic and naturally kind personalities, you can't help but feel comfortable. Â This is SUPER important because you want your pictures to reflect you being relaxed and comfortable, I think if you feel uptight your pictures will reflect that. Â They are both also very flexible and understanding in terms of scheduling.Second, Bode will make you feel beautiful, and I think that's truly priceless. Â You are going to do a boudoir shoot to look sexy and pretty, and so someone that conveys that to you is going to give you the confidence to really let your natural guard down and open up to the camera, and do things that you didn't think you would do. Â Feeling pretty and comfortable in a shoot where you may not be wearing very much clothing is so important. Â Third, Bode won't push, but he will encourage you to come out of your shell if you have one. Â And I think thats important because by going outside the box you can end up with beautiful, sexy pictures that you want. Â I mean, who wants to do a boudoir photo shoot and end up with the same boring shots you could have gotten from anyone. Â Fourth - Bode is very, very good at his job. Â You'll end up in poses you may question, but when he shows you the pictures you'll be blown away at how pretty you look. Â He is, at the end of the day, an artist, and so some of the pictures just end up making you look like a sexy, sassy piece of art! Â Snap!Fifth - The pictures will be amazing, trust and believe.
