Used B’n Chingon for our wedding celebration of 100 guests for a backyard party. Everyone loved the food! This company is very unprofessional. The chef doesn't use gloves when handling the food. In my opinion that is not very sanitary. The food was serve outside so I expected that bugs may be an issue but not as much as it was. Flys and bugs were all over the food because the food was uncovered. The cheese for the burgers were put on top of a small cooler and it was infested with fly's. The churros and ice cream were supposed to be for 200 people but only about 80 were served. The owner left his minor son alone for a portion of the event to go take care of something elsewhere. Also, we were told last minute that we needed to provide containers for any leftovers. That would have been nice to know beforehand. The owner also was taking some of the food that was suppose to stay and putting it in his car. After all of this he was upset that I didn't tip him $600. After leaving he came back and took some ice cream that belonged to us and some cheese from the fridge. On top of that he argued that the reason he demands a huge tip is because he is the only taco company that does live cooking. I am sorry but I know of a lot more that provides that service.
