How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I learn there likes and dislikes, loves and hates. I learn what your favorite favor profiles are. Together we choose your protein and then from there everything flows. I have experience with most cuisines.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and showing love through good food
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 30+ years in corporate America I wanted to make something real, something that makes people happy.
