I contacted them from out of state for a relative's funeral the following day. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone. Even sent me a picture of the arrangement which looked very impressive in the picture. The next day, a relative told us how beautiful the arrangement was and how much the widow appreciated it. After much searching for a 30 year anniversary flower arrangement, I came across Bloomshop.  The flower stores near my home had some steep prices for what they were selling so I decided to give Bloomshop a try based on their reviews and proximity of my drive home from work.  I was quite skeptical at first but when I picked up the flower arrangement, I was totally satisfied.  My biggest dilemma I had at the time was how to transport it safely home.  The lovely clerk provided a cardboard base to prevent the arrangement from tipping over.  The "Pearl" flower arrangement was just as pictured if not better!  And the price...very fair for the end product.  My wife enjoyed the flowers.  This is definitely my "go-to" flower shop.  Great customer service and quality product! Great customer service! I called last minute on a Sunday asking if they could delivery a bouquet and balloons to my mom, and it was no problem. I accidentally gave them the wrong address and they left a message telling me but I didn't see it for 10 minutes. When I called back the lady said the driver was still in the area and could deliver to the correct address. Twenty minutes later they called back to follow up saying no one was home but reassured me that the arrangement was place in a safe place on the porch. They have better hours than most flower shops. They had an eclectic mix of flowers and they have all the add one that go with buying flowers. They do have a worker there that can make an arrangement of what you'd like and they also have pre made arrangements if you're looking to pick and go. Helpful staff. More...

Have shopped here twice. Both times I was helped by Alex. On Valentine's day, she was able to recommend a great bouquet and despite the chaos in the store from the busy day, she was very calm and helpful. On another recent visit, it was near closing time but she was vey helpful and did not make me feel rushed in any way. She helped me make a good choice for the occasion. Expensive. A small vase and flowers ran me around 45 dollars.

I can't express enough how happy we were with our fresh flower/plant arrangement and customer service at this shop! From the design to the delivery. Misha was able to make us exactly what we wanted and even more beautiful than I ever imagined!!! I was discouraged from having this arrangement made at another shop because... Florist said "you know this is gonna be expensive and you know these roses will not last because there's no way to keep them in water." Well, let me tell you.... Misha figured it out, made it work and gave me alot of great advice. The roses looked gorgeous for more than a week and the plant will be with us for many years to come. My daughter informed me the day before prom she wanted/needed a boutonniere.  This was not her prom so I wasn't really prepared nor did I remember that she needed to get one for the friend she was going with.  So guess who gets called in to make everything perfect.  Super Mom!!!  I went to one florist that my husband always purchases his flowers from and no luck.  I was thinking about going to Michaels and just making one myself but wasn't really feeling up to it.  Driving home I realized that there was a flower shop across from HEB which was Bloomshop and decided to give it a try.  I walked in the store and they were able to get me what I was looking for in 20 to 30 min.  They even colored the white rose for me with a special paint to match her dress.  How cool is that!  I didn't have to do a thing and they made the boutonniere just how my daughter wanted it.  They even waited for me to text her send her pictures to let us know exactly what she wanted.  They were amazing, understanding, the price was nice and that day for me it was about customer service.  They could have sent me away but they didn't.  They took the time to make my daughters day a very special one.  Way to go Bloomshop!  I can't thank you enough.  Because of you, everything was a success. The Best and Friendliest Place and Staff for any accession. I went from a Rush Delivery to changing my Order three times in two days. Then I changed the Delivery Location and time frame three times on the day of Delivery. Not once did they complain and accommodated the time frame. I called them maybe an hour before closing time asking for a last minute same day delivery (because another floral company failed at doing so), and they saved the day !
