What do you love most about your job?
I am a people person, educator/counselor at heart. I love helping people find answers to their own questions. I believe that everyone has a knowing and inner wisdom and have the answers to their problems, but sometimes in the midst of all the cacophony that surrounds us, it gets lost. I get the greatest joy in seeing patients connect to their inner wisdom and in the process connect to who they are.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2009, I had a loving husband, two amazing children, a beautiful home, and a successful career. But in spite of my many blessings, I was resentful, stressed, discontent and unhappy with my life. In my confusion, I felt restless because I knew I was meant to do more with my life. I knew something had to change and 2014 I discovered Life Coaching. I became aware that my longings and discontent were telling me something and by changing my questioning my thoughts and changing my thinking, I started to come out of the dark and into the light. I became happier, content with myself and self-confident. Before this I knew nothing of liberating kind of life. The change that happened in me has inspired me to offer the same happiness and purpose to others.

I bring to my practice years of experience. I have lived through and applied the same tools and techniques in my own life, where I am now living the life of my dreams. I enjoy deep happiness, something I didn't know was possible, in all areas of my life.

I am only seeing clients over Zoom to make sure everyone stays safe from COVID.
