Our foundation is in traditional french cuisine. French is our "signature". However, our Executive Chef has over 30 years of experience and was previously the Lead Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. We can do just about anything, and will absolutely venture "out of the box" to server our clients requests.

We partner with those we serve to ensure they have the food they desire. Our team offers suggestions, provides menus, and works together in partnership with our clients. Or, if you want us to simply create we can do that too. Either way, we are here to FIT with you in whatever way you may need.

Seeing our clients rave about our food is what we love most about what we do. Pleasing those we serve is what a true Chef, and our entire team, is all about.

Our founders, Dr. Turner Berg (President of Le Cordon Bleu 2014-2017) and Chef Auggie Austreng (30 years of Executive Chef level experience) have built their entire careers around the food and hospitality industry. The opportunity to utilize that experience and make our clients food dreams come true is the opportunity of a lifetime.

Services

The Private Chef service with Bleu Cuisine is designed to provide a fine dinning experience in your home, backyard, or private event space. From four to fourteen course meals, having one of our professional chefs cooking in your kitchen is indeed magical, and an experience your guests will rave about. Our team, led by Chef Edwin "Auggie" Austreng, will customize the menu to your liking using the freshest and finest local ingredients possible.

Our consulting team has a combined 50 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, and in multiple national culinary educational systems. We offer services relevant to food industry operations including fiscal management, menu development, concept development, and team building. We pride ourselves in being a people first organization.
