I havent actually purchased anything yet but she is currently working on something for me but the customer service is out of this world. Both ladies there are so sweet. I have been looking for something that several different floral shops have said they couldn't do but she was happy to take on the challenge. This is the florist who loved being creative. This is the florist who talked like an artist and spoke like a visionary. This is the florist who presented WELL, artistically in their online website gallery. Browse a little. You'll see what I'm saying. I called from out of state. The help I received was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The service was immediate. Delivery was immediate. I did not want to "just send flowers" and check "send flowers" off my list. I had a last minute realization that I needed to have flowers delivered to my wife at her work in Gallatin on Valentine's Day. I called the shop and had already assumed that they would tell me what I'd heard from all of the other places: at capacity, couldn't deliver, etc. Well, Rachel answered the phone and assured me that they could happily deliver in the next 30 minutes! Also, from a price standpoint, Black Tie was 50% cheaper than any other place I'd looked at! A flower delivery and satisfied text message from my wife later, my day was made!My wife calls me after she gets off work and is doting on the pendant that Rachel included in the flowers (the pendant represented the nickname I call my wife as I addressed on the card) and I became even more pleased than I thought I could be with the transaction.I will absolutely choose Black Tie Floral again.
