Successful businesses are always trying to improve the quality of their websites to meet the needs of their users. People are primarily visiting your website because they are seeking out something. You want to ensure that they are finding what they are looking for quickly and with ease. You may have the most amazing business model and offer extraordinary customer service, but with a poorly functioning site you could miss out on a significant amount of business and ultimately make a bad impression.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Every project that we work on starts with an introductory call or meeting to discuss where your goals lie. One of the most important parts of developing a successful web or mobile app is being able to truly understand what is at stake and what needs to be accomplished. We'll also focus on getting into the shoes of your potential users to gain real insight into what we envision or would suggest for your app or website. This process keeps everything lined up on both sides so later down the road there is less confusion and more collaboration.

Hearing about people's passions and being able to help them be achieved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing how other companies are handing the development process and how it could be improved was apparent when going through it myself for a personal app. Every step of the way felt more like a boardroom meeting than actually dealing with people who cared about my company and project. I knew that I could do it better so I took the initiative.
