A great website has a clear message that resonates with the client or prospect and a good visitor experience. Websites should be focused on what the client wants and needs and shows/tells the client or prospect how your products or services can meet their needs. A website must be 'found' and 'relevant' in order to have ongoing success. Therefore websites and all content should also be on a platform that SEO optimized for mobile speed, rendering, and information that the customer is searching for in engines like Google and Bing. The importance of understanding how to balance these factors and to keep up with the changes that are happening in search as well as how to deliver a create visitor experience (as the customer sees it and how the search engines evaluate it).

The first question I would as a client is what their goals and timeframe are so that we are clear and on the same page as to what's most important to them and their business. Ultimately, we would focus on a strategy that meets business goals such as building brand awareness, improving sales, attracting prospects (customers, donors, volunteers, students, etc), increase website traffic, boost conversions, improve operations flow, etc.
Second, I would focus on understanding their target customer profiles/avatars and the approach and message needed.
Third, I would also ask clients about other aspects of the their business and operations so that we can ensure that the website investment is leveraged to support their overall business and operational needs. Website can play an important roles in triggering the marketing, sales, operations, finance, and customer services processes and I would look for ways to maximize the value across the business.
Forth, I would ensure that we are on the same page in terms of how they would measure success. Because a website is an investment, we would want to ensure that the client has everything in please to provide the information and results to measure their site and activity.

I love working with small businesses owners and technology. This business gives me a platform to do what I am absolutely great at in working with others. Every situation is different and the challenge of find solutions to unique and new problems keeps me going. I also love working in a constantly evolving field such as technology. With new digital capabilities there are new business models and ecosystems that can be leveraged to solve the business problems. Introducing those options to clients and seeing them succeed in taking advantage of the offerings that help to build their business is always fun. I am also and educator and teacher. Working one on one with a client or in group training sessions where I can connect and share valuable insights and knowledge is what I'm extremely passionate about and committed to with our clients.

Having my own business was simply a desire I had since childhood and something that I have done over a long period of time. I always liked the idea of one on one projects and this type of business gives me that opportunity.

I believe that clients need a service partner who brings expertise and experience that adds value and can work with them in a way that is patient and appropriate for their goals in the immediate and short term.

My approach to service allows us to take a very hands on approach to ensuring that the client is gaining and growing in both knowledge and business. With attention to detail and tailored services, I would work with clients to use technology not only to build a website or app, but to help them build a business.
