Came down from Buffalo for the Bills Panthers game. The pizza tasted like it came from my local pizzeria, which is hard to do outside of Buffalo. Kind and excellent staff as well.

The food is always awesome. It is a fun neighborhood bar setting with all the football games. The owners are always present which makes it feel like a mom and pops place which I love. And the staff is overly kind.

I recommend this place to anyone that is from WNY and is looking for a place to eat great food. C'mon, they have LOGANBERRY! !!! All they need now is Blue and Molson on tap and maybe some Genesee Cream Ale for those "special occasions." But in all seriousness, this place is definitely a place to bring the family, friends or just hang out. The staff is friendly and like I said the food is great. Can't beat it. Pizza and wings were the best I've had yet in Charlotte. However, the pizza logs were not good and the wait time on the pizza, although understandable, was quite long. I have been down here for 19yrs after being in WNY for the majority of my life. By far the closest thing to Buffalo Pizza I've had. Everyone tries to duplicate or say they are legit but things guys have it. I only had a small sample but the Buffalo Chicken pizza was outstanding. Ordered from Bisonte for the first time last night and our whole family loved it! Some of the best and meatiest wings we've had anywhere, and definitely in the South Charlotte/Weddington area. They also customized a pizza and made a BBQ chicken pizza for us. It was awesome and we thought it was actually our favorite BBQ chicken over places that have it on the menu all the time (you should add it to your menu-it was delish)! Service for takeout was a little slow though. It took about an additional 15-20 minutes after the promised time for the food to be ready. They were super busy with takeout orders so that might explain it. Nevertheless, we will absolutely be back! So happy to have found a place nearby with great wings AND great pizza! More...
