We had Bikini Panini cater my wife's suprise birthday party. Laura and her husband did a fantastic job, and our friends and family couldn't believe we had a food truck on site. Laura provided appetizer trays inside, and guests went outside to order food. Her husband worked the "front of the house" and was friendly with our guests while Laura worked the "back of the house" and cooked all the food, etc.

These two were the nicest folks, and not only did our guests LOVE the food, but they loved Laura and her husband. They were kind, personable, and friendly. We loved hearing about their vacations all over the world (some of the inspiration for their menu items) as well as the story behind the truck.

Hard to believe they are new to the food truck biz - it felt like they'd been doing it a lifetime.

I can't wait to see them again at Ardent, Lickinghole Creek, or another private event. We actually contemplated going to Ardent the next night just to eat their food again.

These two were 6 stars on a scale of 5. Could not have been more happy with their service, food, and price. More...

Bikini Panini came by my workplace last week, and I was VERY impressed! The guy running the counter was so friendly, and everything tasted great. Much fresher/less greasy than normal food truck fare. Yum! This food truck stopped near my office today and I swung by for a quick lunch. The menu is Mediterranean inspired and features both the namesake paninis and several entrees, including paella, moussaka, and ratatouille. Everything is $8 or less, which is a great value for a hearty meal.I ordered the  Bikini Basil Pesto panini and it was delicious! The Tuscan Bread was crusty but chewy, the basil pesto was on point, and the artichoke sundried tomato bruschetta paired so well with raw baby spinach, melted provolone, and roma tomato slices. You also have the choice of sliced chicken or mushrooms, so it is vegetarian friendly. All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the panini was made to order so it was piping hot. I would have been satisfied with just half the generous portion, but of course I ate every bit! The workers were very friendly and happily accommodated my request for just shoestring potato crisps as my side (pickles are evil, and I will not have them contaminating my yummy food). I'm glad I tried this truck and will definitely be back for more! More...

Great Mediterranean Food.  The Bikini Panini food truck came to our Block Party Event.  The food was fresh.  The portion was large.  The Ratatouille Couscous was delicious.  It came with a fresh salad.  The salad came with a savory dressing and the couscous was so flavorful. If you're looking for something from a food truck that isn't hot dogs, tacos or very meat-centric in styling, this is your go-to.  Having a grilled and crispy Mediterranean interpretation of paninis is a nice change from the norm.  Look them up if you get a chance.  Sandwiches are fresh and worth checking out!  Also like the crispy potato sticks - they're a nice change from the average potato chip side! Bikini Panini is a great addition to the RVA food truck seen with its fresh, Mediterranean menu. The husband - wife duo are whip up everything fresh to order and take great pride in their delicious food as they should. My group loved the Bikini Trio which had something for everyone! My friend loved her panini! The Potato Stix on the side are clever and you won't miss French fries (toooooo much). I can't wait to try this food truck again! More...
