What do you love most about your job?
My passion, and the passion of my team, is helping people realized their ideas and bring them to life. This could be a simple website or a large enterprise application. The process and the excitement around creating something new is easily my favorite part of what I do every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been a designer and a developer for about 13 years when I finally decided to strike out on my own. I really wanted to focus on startups and helping new ideas come to life.

Our clients typically tell us the reason they continue to work with us is two-fold: Our passion and our transparency. We are not afraid to say, "that is a bad idea" and offer new solutions and our clients appreciate that. They also appreciate our drive to make things right even if it isn't going to make us any money. We are committed to each client and typically work with them for many years.

Our entire company is remote. We are all US based, but we are scattered all over the country. This matters because remote work is in our DNA. It isn't a new thing (we have been 100% remote for about 6 years) and we are comfortable meeting and working with clients this way.
