What do you love most about your job?
Helping people reach their goals through a well thought out strategy. It's working with people through the creative process that is so enjoyable for me. It also includes my life long hobby of shooting video and the art of photography.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am an entrepreneur at heart, "creating" has always been in my blood.
I started my own manufacturing business during my college years. Designed several products over the years and still receive royalties from worldwide sales. I've also directed, produced and sold my own instructional video.
My career highlight was certainly being a part of an employee owned business. Together, along with several over like minded entrepreneurs, we took a small little no name boat company and grew it into a market leading world-recognized brand name. The many personal lessons and business experiences I've learned over those remarkable 18 years are unrepeatable.
Biggest reason for having my own business? It has allowed me the flexibility to explore business opportunities and gives me my own time to invest into my favorite place, my family. I feel truly blessed.

I've had a couple of editing jobs that have been worked remotely, but most of my work requires scripting, shooting and editing. All of which requires working closely with my clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of my work is in the watersports industry. Being outside on the lake has been a very non-covid environment.... not sure how to answer this question :-)
