Gabriel has been an excellent trainer, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Without his encouragement I would not have been able to lose as much weight on my own. I am so grateful for his work.

Gabriel is such a motivating force in every session! His encouragement and explanation of how and why the body works the way it does allows for an eye opening and thorough session. Personal Trainers

Normally I’m not one for fitness because I love my body for me, but it was time to get into shape and Gabrial is great at what he does. Makes me feel comfortable and motivated. Im usually the type of person who quits working out after a couple of sessions But Gabriel makes sure you stay motivated, always pushing to get the best out of you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend working with him. Always making sure your comfortable, stays focused on you and your workout. He’s also flexible with your schedule to make things work.
