Beautiful and highly professional massage. The staff is so friendly and really good at what they do. After long flying from Madrid this was much needed. I did an 90 min Customized massage. The pressure and stretching they do is more intense than do in other places. They give you not relaxation only but emotion also.Tea and water are also available. I'll be back! More...

I had a great experience at the Bethesda holistic center with the masseuse Lily. She was very attentive to my needs and did a great job. She checked in several times during my 60 min massage to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. She heated the bed for me and it felt amazing since it's so cold outside. She was able to vary her style and was strong. I especially loved tinge foot,hand, and scalp massage. At the end she gave me a delicious cup of warm tea, a mint, and chocolate.
