I reserved the date and time and for a van with. BETH, to take my family for a celebration. I text to confirm the day of, because there was little communication from them leading up to the event. No email. Just told OK over text. I received a text back Finally the morning of, and was told they are not available to take us until 2 hours after our event starts. I won’t let this ruin our event.
