She was amazingly responsive via email and text, always available to answer any questions and thought about all the things we didn’t even know we needed to consider. Brook did an amazing job helping me make my wife’s destination retirement party a huge success! We had hoped for a weekend packed with events and fun for all of our guests coming in from all over the US, and Brook delivered! For every activity we were pondering, Brook had lots of ideas for refining the actual event and recommendations for vendors. She picked up a ton of things for us like the cake, balloons, etc which was key since we were from out of town and weren’t very mobile. Her fees were very reasonable considering all the help she provided. We highly recommend Brook for all your event planning needs! More...

What do you love most about your job?
When the vision comes to life on the day of the event. When all of the planning and vendors are come together to create a memorable day. Most importantly, when my couples walk away happy they chose me!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working for other event coordinators and hearing how happy my clients were, I realized it was time to start my own business. Creativity, planning, hosting and celebrating are all my passions and being a coordinator is perfect for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I LOVE WHAT I DO! It would be hard to find a more well rounded planner than myself. I have 5 years experience as a lead wedding coordinator with other companies and I have a creative eye for detail and design. My years of experience in bartending and catering help me with layouts, timing and table settings. My couples rarely see me sitting down because I am always taking care of something, whether it is clearing empty glasses off of tables, relighting candles or repurposing flowers. I am there to make your day the Best Day Ever!

When it comes to the planning process, I am happy to set up a virtual meeting with out of town clients. I do require that the event itself be in the Austin area though.

My coordination package is for couples that need help putting all of your details together and managing their vendors on the day of their wedding. I help from set up to break down and do everything I can to keep the day on track.
Wedding Planner
This service is for couples that need guidance finding vendors and design direction. I use my 20 years worth of experience in the event industry to help your day the best it can be. Includes a consultation, customized timeline and layout, 30 day venue walkthrough to go over the details and 10 hours of hands on help to make your day run smoothly.
