We needed help for a move-in cleaning for our new house. Kim did a fantastic job! She was thorough, efficient, personable, and took the time to explain and walk me through what was to be done. Would use them again for sure!

It's the little things for me. I just moved into this condominium and because of my schedule, taking the time to "deep clean" was not an option. To Yelp I went. When I made my appointment I was very specific that the focus of the cleaning should be the bathroom and kitchen. Whoever cleaned before I moved in did a terrible job. Even with the focus on those two rooms I feel like no initiative was taken. Kim came to my residence. She was very nice and professional. I stayed while she cleaned as I work from home. I pointed out a couple things that really bothered me and wanted her to focus on in the bathroom and kitchen. She explained that certain things would not be spotless due to wear and tear. I understood and asked her to do the best she could. Though she focused on those things I asked her to other areas were missed. The pictures show a few of the specific areas I pointed out to Kim. If you look carefully in some of those areas you can see it's still dirty. I'm not dissatisfied but I'm not 100% satisfied. This was my first time using a cleaning company. After 2 days of searching I made my decision to go with this company for two reasons. They were the cheapest and minority (black) owned. Now I wonder if I would've paid a little more would the results be the same? **Not a big deal but worth mentioning** The $1 charge showed up after I booked my appointment. I figured it was just a hold until the full balance was paid. As you can see in the picture it was not. I thought maybe the next day I would receive a call or message from the owner about the mistake and that she would refund my $1 but NOTHING. When I noticed it was no longer a pending charge I charged it to the game as "Kim can have it as her tip". LOL More...

I woke up on Friday morning and decided I needed professional help cleaning my house, it was a disaster. I called MULTIPLE businesses and Berry Swift was able to send someone out the SAME DAY! Kim arrived wearing her mask and did a quick tour and evaluation of the areas I needed her help with. I was slightly worried that she was alone and my house was SO messy.
