What I know is Mr. Berner was accessible, honest, compassionate, skilled at his craft and detail oriented. He didn't try to solicit my business at all or hide his fee schedule behind a paid first consultation. My wife (us citizen) and I needed to file for my adjustment of status from H1b to Green card after our marriage. We hired Daniel in January 2018. The paperwork was ready within few days and the packet was sent out in January itself. Things moved super fast for me although everyone else has been complaining about the delay in the process on immihelp forums. I wouldn't have put this review on here if I hadn't received a letter from USCIS mentioning that my green card interview has been scheduled on May9th of 2018 (less than 4 months from the point the papers were mailed out). I did not get any RFE's either. Our interview went great. And the green card was approved at the interview. The paperwork was perfect. He has always responded to my calls and emails and explained me everything I needed to know ahead of the interview. I would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone who needs an immigration attorney.
