This was our first visit to the Big Apple, and all of our expenses were paid for and arranged by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Our family's journey to the Metropolis began when we landed at Newark Liberty International Airport. The Make-A-Wish Foundation had made arrangements for our family to be picked up at the Airport via Bermuda Limousine service. This was our first experience riding with Bermuda Limousine.Eric the Limo driver was there waiting for us as we departed the Terminal. He immediately made us feel welcome. He was very friendly and helpful with the kids.Despite the long day of travel, the kids were all very excited to check out our ride.Eric was very accommodating to us as he demonstrated the many impressive features on the 6 passenger Lincoln Town Car Stretch limo. Then I jumped out to take pictures of the ride (it was my first experience riding limo-style).Eric was like a tour guide during the hour ride to Manhattan. He provided us with a smooth, relaxed and enjoyable ride. My wife is a transit operator, and she judges drivers quite harshly.Eric should be commended, as he set the client service expectations for Manhattan very high. He represented New York very well, easily exceeding our expectations.A couple of days later, we had our second experience riding with Bermuda Limousine. We were picked up at the hotel promptly, and skillfully driven to Kaufman Astoria Studios in Queens, to visit Sesame Street. By now I had experienced a handful of the craziest Gotham City cab rides of my life, seeing my life flash before my eyes. Those experiences made me appreciate even more the safe, smooth, relaxed and enjoyable rides with Bermuda Limousines.Our Chauffeur waited for us during our visit to Sesame Street, and took us back into the Empire City when we finished. We had a different driver on this day, but the professionalism and courteousness remained. Our third experience riding with Bermuda Limousine was our last moments in The City that Never Sleeps. Once again, it was luxury and service during the hour ride to Newark. For a family of five, we found the stretch limousine to be spacious. Bermuda Limousines' vehicles are new, clean with amenities.  The drivers are as reliable as you will find. The service was outstanding.  Their chauffeurs were very courteous. They always knew where we were going, were extremely reliable and always on time. Basically I cannot say enough about Bermuda Limousine. Professionalism at it's finest. Thanks for taking care of us. If you want to pick your In-Laws up in-style from the airport try their baggage claim service. If you want to avoid the crowds after a date at Symphony, arrange to have a sedan waiting for you out front. If you just feel like travelling in style to the airport, go for it! It's not priced for the everyday pleb. like me, but it adds that extra touch if you have somebody to impress. And, if the event is so important that you are adding this extra detail, you want to make sure it isn't spoiled by the driver showing up late, or hidden fees, or a limo that smells like cigars. Go with Bermuda Limousine, they're clean, punctual, friendly but not obnoxious, with knowledgeable drivers and pricey, but not outrageous rates. I deal with them on an almost daily basis for my job and I've never had a problem with them that wasn't quickly and properly resolved. More...

Bermuda Limousine service is outstanding. I use their service quite often and have never had a problem with them in my 20 years having account with them. I had many problems with Davel and Carey ever since Billy Amato moved over to Bermuda limo from Davel never was there a problem with my personal account or the company account. Their chauffeurs are very courteous, clean and?speck english. There vehicles are new and clean with amenities. They know where you?re going and always on time in unformed and chauffeur real look with their hats. There on site dispatchers for my large groups are so nice to work with John Ruiz is a real pro and knows what to do one less headache. As for the girls in there office, they are outstanding.
