Ordered flowers over the phone to have delivered to my daughter for the birth of our first grandbaby.  It's so hard to order something sight unseen when you're 2000 miles away but the flower arrangement they delivered is absolutely beautiful. Two weeks ago, I called Belle Flora on Friday (Mother's Day weekend) requesting a bouquet for a funeral the next day. The flowers were fresh and beautiful- exceeding my expectations. So much nicer than the order by amazon ones I've been receiving. Turns out, the flowers were sent home from the funeral with me. As I don't do inside flowers, I gave them to neighbors. The full bouquet was on the neighbors dining table for over a week. Now, two weeks later, the bouquet has been thinned to the few remaining flowers. Incredible. I sure wish I lived in Bellingham. I sent flowers to my niece before Christmas and I gave the old address to the florist. They did deliver the flowers on time, to the wrong address. A lady who lived there accepted the flowers! I contacted Belle Flora and told them of my mistake. They kindly apologized and made up a new arrangement for my niece, and delivered to the new address, they couldn't have been more accommodating! Took customer service to a new level. My son and daughter-in-law had their first baby born at St. Joseph at 4:45. We live in California, they in Bellingham so we weren't able to be there for the delivery . Belle Flora closes at 5:00. I spoke with Melissa at 4:55 as soon as I heard the baby was born not believing there was any possible for us to have flowers sent to the hospital that day. Melissa personally delivered the flowers to the hospital on her way home from work. My daughter-in-law had the flowers at 5:15. Thank You Belle Flora for making my Birthday so special.  My Birthday was Labor Day this year September 5th.  Belle Flora was closed, but they made an arrangement and delivered it to my home in Ferndale, WA. I needed to send flowers across the country for work. So I googled around until I found Belle Flora (confusingly also Bellingham Flower Shop). The flowers themselves were just beautiful (and pretty true to what was pictured on the website). I was able to use my corporate card to order online. And customer service was friendly. But the delivery man* got lost, and I had to ruin the surprise by calling the recipient for directions. Granted, I have no idea what it's like to drive around Bellingham, but generally speaking, palatial estates are pretty easy to find, no?*as an aside, he sounded very attractive for a lost delivery man keeping me in the office after 7 pm. Just returned from purchasing a class present and the experience couldn't have been better!The wonderful sales clerk direct me to just the right flowers and did a great job of helping me select a pot for them. The final product was beautiful!Not only did I walk out of there pleased with the purchase, but they also patiently waited for me to count out the various quarters and dimes I'd received from classmate donations.I recommend Bella Flora for any occasion!
