My clients achieve their fitness goals quickly, effectively, and do so from the comfort of their homes. I am a NASM certified personal trainer with over five years experience. During that time, I have worked with over a hundred clients ranging from 13-80 years old. I am also certified in women’s fitness, pre-post natal, TRX, and corrective exercise. In addition to training, I am a professional opera singer, and many of my clients are also in the arts and entertainment industries. I am comfortable working with beginners, clients with injuries, as well as serious fitness enthusiasts.
