I used the Bell Trans shuttle to get to Treasure Island from McCarran airport. The service was friendly and affordable. I was concerned by some of the reviews but decided to use Bell Trans anyway. It was a very good experience. I bought round trip tickets on-line then went to the Bell Trans booth at Las Vegas airport with my email confirmation to get a printed ticket. The bus came very quickly.  Ronique was the driver and she had a fantastic, positive attitude despite working in 104 degree heat, lifting and moving luggage.  She was friendly and overall outstanding.  The reason for the 4 star rating is it took one hour to get to my hotel. The website says the buses make 3-5 stops and it can take 30-50 minutes to get to your hotel. I knew my off-strip hotel would be the last stop, but I didn't expect to make 7 stops before mine. The ride back to the airport was great. I had a very nice driver again for my 6am pickup on 7/24/19 (sorry I don't have his name but think it was Charles or Chris).  I was the only one on the bus so it was a straight shot. I have used this company 4 separate times while in Vegas. There is plenty of communication between you and dispatch and you and the driver. Some of my flight have been delayed and they track your flights so they don't leave you waiting. I had a return car arranged but wanted to leave earlier than the original reservation, it was a quick text and I quickly had a confirmation of my change (thanks Stephanie!)I plan to use them on a trip in California and have no worries that I won't be well cared for!!I highly recommend!!Please note: this review is for single car only. I wanted this process to be seamless therefore; Booked everything Online before I arrived in Las Vegas.  I Upgraded to a LIMO SHARE-A-RIDE for only $36 roundtrip (see the attached photo).  I had to wait a few minutes once I checked in with Bell for my car to arrive.  Brenden my driver was outstanding and very friendly, and got me to my hotel quickly as well as helping me with my luggage.  On the return ride to the airport, my driver Stonley was right on time and got me to the airport at the time I selected.  He helped me with my luggage and got a skycap to check me in.  I highly suggest booking your transportation before you arrive in Vegas!!Overall this was a win win!! My husband rented a super stretch limo for our transport from the airport to Ceasars our driver was awesome Eris. He took us to a liquor store and offered to wait at the Las Vegas sign. The wait was crazy as it was Memorial Day Eris said " No problem" we had prepaid for an hour. We declined because the wait would of been well over. We used Bell Trans for a company event that required transportation to/from the airport and the LV Convention Center for 11 staff, including 4 wheelchair users.  We originally booked 2 coaches because we thought only 2 wheelchairs would fit in each one.  The lift in one of the vehicles malfunctioned so we ended up all going onto one vehicle which actually worked out better for us since 3 of our wheelchair users could transfer to a seat (and it was less expensive). We cancelled to 2nd bus for our return to the airport and had no issues on the financial side getting things taken care of.  All of the drivers we had were very nice and, most importantly, professional and knowledgable.  They all knew how to operate the lift and tie down wheelchairs which is refreshing. The airport routes were booked prior to our arrival but we were able to book a trip to the LV Convention Center the same day, without any issues. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!  Note:  we chartered the entire vehicle so did not have to wait for pickups and drop-offs at other locations. More...

This company is reliable and very affordable. I used Bell Transportation in Las Vegas for pick up and drop off to and from LAS airport the second week in May. I booked it on line and got the discounted price...a total of $18 USD for the return trip to The California Hotel and Casino in downtown LV. The service was timely and the staff were courteous and helpful. Nate (Nathan) was particularly helpful taking my bags from me right away and carefully stacking them in the storage area. He was chatty and informative and passed out LV tourist booklets. I also received a confirmation email regarding my return pick up time to the airport the day before my departure. i'm just on the shuttle and i dont think it's as bad as everybody says, but do book 1 day in advance and ask the driver to arrive 3 hrs before the flight as there's many stops on the way back to the airport do doule and triple confirm with the company for the pickup

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews. Making my reservation by phone was quick and easy. The operator was friendly and efficient. I was supposed to be picked up at the hotel at 6 am, but the driver arrived at 5:45 am - it was a good thing that I was outside early too. The driver was courteus, the shuttle bus was very comfortable, and the ride was smooth. Because of this positive experience, I shared the company information with a friend of mine and she was also picked up on time. This is a very timely, efficient, professional, and highly recommended company and at an extremely affordable price ($8.50), please be generous when giving a tip to the drivers, these are humble and hard working employees. We had a great experience with Bell Trans, our driver named V was pleasant and cool as hell Our luggage was delayed by the airline and we waited almost an hour for our luggage to get straightened out and V was patient and accomodating and made sure to take our luggage and made sure to take it out once we arrived at our destination. We wanted to go to a dispensary and he had all that arrainged as well. Wow, surprised to see so many negative reviews as Bell Trans made my trip from the strip to the airport a breeze. Picked me up at my hotel within 10 minutes of scheduled time (this is a shuttle service so I understand sometimes it takes a bit longer due to individuals at previous stops getting on, luggage etc. ) Wendy was absolutely fabulous, I had some ticket confusion which she went out of her way to clear up, fantastic customer service. Great service! Our flight was late and to top it off American Airlines left 2 of our 3 travelers bags in Charlotte. AA put our luggage on the next flight but had to wait over a hour for the flight to come in. Richard stayed with us and then took us to our hotel afterwards. I booked the shuttle through Southwest Vacations. I then decided I wanted to book a share a ride limo. I called customer service and got a not helpful person. I was asking questions and he was doing everything to get me off the phone. I had questions about what to do when I got to Vegas because I had never been there and about the vouchers which he had no idea what I was talking about. I went to the website and sent a complaint through there, I also sent an email to the general manager. The general manager,Carl, called me within a half hour of receiving the email. I also received an email back from another person apologizing for the customer service I received and was assured that it was forwarded to the appropriate people. I called the next day and I talked to Carl. He was very apologetic and said he listened to the tape and heard what I had to deal with. He explained everything I had to do when I got to Vegas. So we get to Vegas and there is a private car waiting for us. We were very shocked. The driver was fantastic On the day we left, I got a text that the private car had been dispatched and then got a call from the driver telling us when he would be there and he would be waiting for when we were ready. So even though it started out shaky, they really pulled through with the customer service. Will definitely use them again. If you have problems, don't hesitate to email the general manager. More...

I left my shoulder tote in the shuttle, after being dropped off at MGM. I called and filed a report that evening. The next day, Sam met us and gave me my bag back; everything intact. Flying to Vegas & staying on the Strip? Why fuss with parking & traffic congestion, when you can use Bell Trans to take you to/from the airport? The Strip is meant to be walked, with the crazies, the drunks and the rest of the sideshow characters. It's all part of the Vegas experience. "Cold water $1!!". Remember hearing that? By the way, I've been told that those selling water bottles on the street fill bottles with tap water & superglue the tops back on. I don't know if that's true or not, but I wouldn't put anything passed it. And I can't forget the photo-op's with street characters - Mario & Luigi, Hello Kitty, Optimus Prime. My fav's are the "showgirls" in feathers & the barely there thongs. Love the view, ladies ;pBell Trans is a convenient shuttle service company that I had no complaints with. Visit their booth at the airport, pay for a ticket voucher ($7 one way/$13 roundtrip), then proceed to the bus. A 10 min or so wait is so other passengers can load up. The route depends soley on what hotels everyone is staying at. For the trip to the airport, I just had to call the day before departure to arrange a pick up time in the morning. The bus is picking up other passengers as well, so plan accordingly so you won't be late. Easy peasy. No worrying about parking, about the nightmare traffic - I want to enjoy Vegas as effortlessly as I can, so that's why I recommend Bell Trans the next time you fly to Vegas. More...

Left airport quickly driver was pleasant drove carefully. Scheduled pick up for transportation to the airport through their automated system and was simple to use. They tell you to arrive 10 minutes early and my driver arrived five minutes early which was perfect. On time and pleasant. What I was confused about was when I left the airport initially they asked me if I wanted a round-trip and I said yes but they didnt charge me for the round trip. When I was picked up the driver looked at my ticket and told me that I only paid one way. He was right so I paid him the fare to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, I went to the station for BellsTrans and the agent helped me with no attitude. The shuttle bus driver helped me with my luggage and helped me on the bus, due to me traveling with my infant. I called the 24 hours prior to pickup when it came time for me to depart and they were actually early in picking me up and they notified me that they were going to be early. My experience was great. Everyone needs to understand they book to pick you up 3hrs Prior to a domestic flight 4 hours prior to an International flight If you choose to go anything later than the time say suggest you will most likely miss your flight You have to double triple quadruple check if you are standing in the right spot to be picked up if you are not you will not get picked up
