I was more than satisfied with the beautiful casket arrangement and family flowers that were created by bed of roses. They were more beautiful than the photographs I had envisioned and they were ordered promptly from Hawaii. Ginger was so very helpful and not at all pushy about guiding my decisions. I would recommend them for any occasion. They are definitely five star and I am usually rather Hard to please, because my expectations are high, but they exceeded my highest expectations. More...

I ended up in charge of the cake and flowers for my brother's wedding...which was suddenly moved up to three weeks away. Ginger was so helpful and accommodating, even with unusual color combinations, last minute changes, and waiting for over an hour to put the flowers on the cake when it got delivered to the wrong venue �. Very small and cute flower shop. I was looking for some flowers for my girlfriend who just had surgery, and didn't love what I saw on display, but they said they could whip up something for me in my price range. I can't begin to share the wonderful flowers and casket piece created for my Mother's funeral yesterday. The roses were absolutely gorgeous and since nearly everyone ordered their gifts from them, they took care to coordinate and vary the arrangements and sprays to make a breathtaking display. I thank Ginger for her attention to detail replicating our desired order to a tee and helping remove all stress from our planning. Moreover she is assisting with making the all important spray and casket piece for our graveside service in California on Wed. WOW'd!!!! That is how I felt today after my conversation with Katina at the Bed Of Roses Cottage. Due to a same day delivery time error on my part Katina called me back to let me know the alternate day for my delivery and I'm guessing she heard the disappointment in my voice and offered to hand deliver the arrangement for me once she got off work. Who does that? Katina does!!! Thank you for your Awesome customer service Katina and thank you Ginger for taking my phone call to sing Katina much deserved praises. I recently discovered Bed of Roses and vow from this point on to never use another florist. I'm deployed with the military at the moment but have always bought my beautiful wife flowers regularly. I've hunted for a good florist forever. I made my first order with Bed of Roses a couple of weeks ago and was amazed by what they provided. These great people went so far above and beyond any of my expectations. My wife was knocked over by the beauty of your flowers and I was blown away by your "extras", treating my like I was some special family friend. I can't believe the amazing level of service Bed of Roses provided. They went far above and beyond what any other florist would ever do. I needed something more than just flowers for my wife. It wasn't my fault, I promise! Anyways, I asked if they happened to have cupcakes I could have delivered too. They didn't, but without hesitation said, "But we can go get some!" They proceeded to name half a dozen bakeries and asked what kind and how many cupcakes. I gave her a description, a very specific kind: Confettie Cupcakes with FunFettie Frosting. She told me to call back once I knew what I wanted on the card. I called back a few minutes later and they had already found the cupcakes, added a puppy stuffed animal (by my request) and got a beautiful arrangement ready. They delivered the SAME DAY within an hour of my order at my wife's work. Brought my wife to tears (good tears) and saved my bacon! I know there are websites that offer coupons or discounts, and in this economy, I would never balk at saving a penny. But Bed of Roses has FOREVER earned my business! Bed of Roses did all my flowers for my wedding. Ginger knows her stuff and is a Flower Goddess! She is amazing! My husband continues to buy flowers from her to surprise me with and I am always so happy with them.
