We booked photography thru this company for our engagement and wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Jon at the engagement shoot, he was great and got the photos back to us very quickly. Our pictures were done at a park in Simi Valley just before sunset and looked great! Jon made us feel very comfortable and we had fun! Fast forward a few months up, our wedding, we had Jeromy and Jon as our photographers. They both came early to catch the venue details and got photos of the us getting ready. The day went amazing! They were around taking photos of everyone... they were very patient during our family photos (lots of family) and overall were both very professional. I can't wait to see the pictures! I can not say enough amazing things about Because It Matters Photography! Jon and Klaudia were our photographers for our wedding and they did an amazing job! Jon the owner, who is also an amazing photographer, was so awesome to work with. He was attentive to our wants and needs, gave some great ideas, worked with our budget, and was professional and friendly. Even when I crazily emailed him about a thousand times, for silly stuff. lol and always calmed my nerve about the process as this was the most important day of my life and wanted everything to be perfect. Which they really did make it! The second photographer Klaudia made a huge different. So glad we went with two. My husband and I are not photo people, and we have a huge family, which was a ton of photos. They made the posed photos fun for us, and knocked them out quickly without affecting the quality of the photos. And the candid photos are my favorite! They made us feel so comfortable, which I cannot say enough of how much of a difference this made. They did an amazing job capturing all the little moments that were so import to us, and also captured the essence of my husband and I that make us unique, you can really see our personalities in the photos. And the turn around time on getting the photos back was fantastic. The photos all came out beautifully and I am so so happy with them. We booked Jon for my sister's 18th birthday party and he did a wonderful job! He ran into us in the parking lot and started taking pictures before we even entered the venue and before the party started, so he pretty much never missed a moment. We love how the pictures came out and the candids were perfect as well! He's very patient, outgoing, and is ready to take on his clients' needs (even at the last minute). My fiancé and I are very happy and pleased that Jon from BIM messaged us. He's a great guy! Very professional and has a positive genuine personality. He's really committed to making sure he can capture the best moments of your big day. He and his associate Jeromy will be photographing our wedding. We had a first meeting with Jon and Jeromy to just meet face to face and go over the basics, these 2 are perfect for us!
