I had some ideas of what I wanted and they turned them into more than I could’ve imagined. Loved their service! They handled a special request that included three different arrangements for family friends who lost a member of their family. As it being a sensitive time, they handled my detailed instructions on delivery as I wanted my friends not to be disturbed. From the arrangements to the delivery, they executed everything perfectly. My friends were extremely grateful. I was a bit nervous since I am in California and wasn't able to be there in person to place my order, but I wouldn't hesitate in using Basket of Flowers again. She was our florist for our wedding and completely saved the whole thing. there was little time to decorate for the wedding because the venue we used had a wedding the night before ours. Everything was very unorganized and not well planned. Louis stayed under the budget and the flower arrangements were so beautiful that they were basically the only decoration needed( and were all we had). the wedding was beautiful. She really had no help from our party and really took it into her own hands and savaged all of the ceremony when it wasn't her job to do so. I can't thank her enough. Nice, easy to work with, courteous, and delivered in spades!!!  It was my 10th anniversary and I wanted a bouquet to be waiting for my wife and I to arrive at the Hermitage Steak House for our dinner reservation. .. I stopped in to BoF at about 11:30, and walked out in about 10 minutes putting my faith in the 5 minute conversation with the proprietor...  we arrived at dinner and my wife was amazed at the flowers awaiting her at the table!  I couldn't be happier, or recommend them enough!  Brilliant! I've used Basket of Flowers in the past with extremely good service and beautiful flowers. Unfortunately, I have to admit it's been a while since I'd sent flowers to my wife. A couple of days ago I called. The lady answering was extremely friendly and helpful. Only about two hours later, my wife called. The dozen red roses (with extra Baby's Breath, just like I asked) had already arrived! And she said they were beautiful! And now, two days later, she still is complimenting how lovely they are on her office desk. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll always use Basket of Flowers! More...

We use this florist for our church business. They always prepare very nice arrangements and are reasonably priced. We get lots of complements on their arrangements.
