Hi, my name is Charlie Hancock and I am a personal trainer!

I understand going to the gym can be extremely uncomfortable and intimidating for some people.
I work my clients out in my garage gym. It's nothing fancy but it does its job and you don't have to worry about people being around when you're working out!

I make it simple. We will go over the three most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. 3 times a week 30-45 minutes a session is what I ask from my clients!

To be consistent. In this day and time, we are all spoiled with instant gratification. Our bodies don't work like that. I can show you how three times a week of 30 minutes can change your body.

I love seeing the transformation of my clients. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Many of my clients came in with so much self-doubt and insecurity. After they decided to give it a shot, and I mean really give it a shot, it' very rewarding for me to be able to see the change inside them. They're more confident and seem to be happier after we meet our goals.

I worked at several gyms and I realized many people struggle with getting to the gym more than anything. Mainly because they are insecure around others. So I decided I'd set up a gym in my garage and take the insecurity factor out of the equation. Privacy is important. Especially when you're starting out.

No need to be insecure around me! If you want me to be personable with you I can do that. If you want me to be strictly business, I can do that too. I'll mold my approach depending on how you respond best.

All I ask for you is to give me one week. I know it's uncomfortable and scary at first, but if you don't take initiative now, when will you?
