After researching several businesses to develop my website within my budget, I did not have any success. Barsec was referred to me and I decided to move forward with them. I am so glad I did! After having several issues with both laptops that I own, I decided to go to Barsec for assistance! Jake was extremely timely on everything he did- from answering my Facebook messages to actually fixing my laptops. He explained step by step what he was going to do and answered all of my repetitive questions! He also did a free dark web scan, which was extremely appreciated. What makes a great website?
The quality of your website is critical. People are visiting your website because they want to learn something. You want to ensure that they are finding what they are looking for quickly and with ease. You may have the most amazing business model and offer extraordinary customer service, but with a poorly functioning website, you could miss out on a significant amount of business and ultimately make a bad impression.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We ask the typical questions that'd you would normally expect. Such as, how soon do you need it, what's your budget, how many pages do you need, etc. Although those questions are important, the ultimate question we ask is 'what are you trying to accomplish with your website'? That question alone will answer many and also give us a huge idea on the path we need to take to ensure you achieve just that.
What do you love most about your job?
Building relationships! We have gotten to know our clients as more than just a paycheck and a job completion. We thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and making their ideas come to life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My brother and I have always been very tech savvy. We were always helping friends and family, to fellow colleagues within the workplace. What made us decide to go into the Web Design space was being able to build something that people would truly love and brag about. We saw the Web Design industry as an opportunity to build relationships and make people want to show off their business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Sure we could answer this with customer service and quality, and although those are true, that doesn't make us any different than the next guy or gal. What makes us stand out is our core principle and what Barsec was founded on. Barsec was founded on the core principle that we will truly help our clients.
