I've been attending Barb's, Women's Fitness class for over a year now. I can still remember my first class. I was soooo sore the next several days. I was trying too hard to keep up with everyone else, and I realized just how out of shape I was. Today, I don't feel so frumpy. At the age of 51, I'm feeling great and love going to Barb's classes. Barb knows her stuff! When I hit menopause and started gaining weight, she helped w nutrition, weight loss goals, and toning! Her classes are fun and challenging! Barb's classes are the best! They are challenging and fast paced which I love but at the same time you can go at your own pace without judgement. I will no longer bounce around for fitness classes...I've found my "home" with Barb! More...

I have been with Barb for over 3 years. I participate in everything she offers from personal training, classes and bootcamp. I was always hesitant on going to a gym and being judged which training with Barb put that to rest. My goal was just to be fit and healthy. I’ve been attending Barb’s kettle bell classes and Saturday boot camps for several months now and have enjoyed them very much. The small groups are just the right size for individual attention when form correction is needed but large enough for group motivation. I have been doing classes with Barb for a couple of months and have seen a lot of improvement. Barb is an amazing trainer who will continually work with her clients and never give up on them. Her classes are scheduled at convenient times as well. No matter how advanced someone may be, Barb’s classes push everyone and she gives a variety of alterations to make if something is too difficult instead of giving up! More...

I love that most of the classes are 30 min. But what you get in that 30 min is pretty phenomenal--full of not only the targeted area, but includes arm work, legs, and core!

I’ve been personally training with Barb twice a week for a month. My results have been amazing; I’ve lost 15 lbs and 13”. Besides working out with her twice a week, I follow her meal plans and hit the gym 4-5 other days per week . I've had the privilege to participate in many of Barb's wide variety of fitness classes. Not only does she challenge you, but makes it fun, enjoyable and non intimidating or judgmental. All ages and abilities are welcome and the sense of comradery among the ladies is terrific. We are all at different levels of fitness and the support and humor from the ladies makes Barb's classes so special. I'm a senior citizen and love the challenge she brings to her workouts!! More...
