Loved the Chocolate Chip Cookies. Also had the Beet Waffle Cookie. I thought I would not like it but it tasted like a red velvet cookie and I liked it.
Loved the Pumpkin Waffle Cookie.
I will definitely be ordering all 3 kinds again. Highly recommend them!

I don't follow a gluten free diet but wanted to try these cookies anyway. Not only are they visually pleasing and perfectly manicured, they are really good! The owner recommended the chocolate chip cookies and she was not kidding - they are fantastic. Fantastic as in a) you could serve these at a shower, wedding or party and get tons of compliments on them, and b) they are one of the most memorable chocolate chip cookies I've ever tried (and I like cookies!) Awesome Bakery. I got in contact with Lauren as I was looking for a simple iced sugar cookie. She responded quickly and was happy to make. I absolutely love Baked True North. Their pastries and treats are delicious. They are a great alternative for people with gluten sensitivities, but they are so great tasting that you don’t think there is anything different from other treats. I’ve tried their lemon bars, yum yum bread (green tea and pistachio and German chocolate), cake pops, raspberry tartlets, peanut butter cookies, and the best double layer chocolate cake that I’ve ever had! I was looking for a dessert to go with our Easter dinner, and Lauren's gluten free Lemon Bars were the perfect accompaniment. They were AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about this company. I stumbled upon them at a farmers' market that I was at with my two little kids, and even though we are not gluten free, when my kids saw the desserts and said that's what they wanted to buy, we gave it a shot. Lauren is so amazingly nice and great with kids, and the food was spectacular! We tried the donuts, the chocolate chip cookies, and the lemon bars, and I'm not going to lie- I think about those donuts sometime haha SOOOO good! More...
