Where can I start? I thoroughly enjoyed my recent and first order from Baked Expectations. Not only were they hand delivered but they looked amazing and tasted even better. Although I personally wanted to try every flavor created (and there were a lot) I could not because the order was placed for a church event. However, I did manage to try the Cookies and Creme and the Smores. The Smore was my absolute favorite. It was very easy to place, receive and pay for my order. They also were very accommodating to my requests. I highly recommend Baked Expectations for your next event or even just to satisfy your sweet tooth! A friend ordered these for a meeting and they were a huge hit! I tried a vanilla cupcake with rose frosting - I generally don't like rose flavor too much, but it had just the right amount to make it delicious, and the cake itself was moist and super tasty too. One of the best cupcakes I've ever had! Cake was moist, frosting-to-cake ratio was perfect, and the frosting was light without being overly sweet. The cupcakes look so amazing that I'd been wanting to try them for months. I finally ordered a dozen cupcakes for a meeting, and after everyone got a cupcake I asked the group for their thoughts. .. 100% consensus, the cupcakes are great! Personally, I think the cakes were very moist, super cute, and had a perfect cake-to-frosting ratio. Janel was able to customize our cupcakes, communicated in a timely and professional manner, and was overall a very pleasant and accommodating seller. Janel ain't new to this, she true to this. These cupcakes are fearfully and wonderfully made! These cupcakes have a small touch of divinity added to them, courtesy of God-gifted woman with a Baker's brain and a surgeon's precision. Add on the creativity that could only come from a true artist, and you have a cupcake that not only teases the eye, but tantalizes the taste buds.
In short, if you have yet to eat a cupcake of baked expectations, you don't know what satisfaction tastes like. Do yourself a solid and get you a piece before she gets famous and the price goes up.

My cupcakes were PHENOMENAL! I ordered the Hennessy cupcakes with cream cheese frosting drizzled with cognac and caramel. Just thinking about them makes me want another one ! The cognac wasn't overbearing. It was JUST RIGHT! They were definitely a hit at Thanksgiving and next time I know to order more(because even the non drinkers wanted to taste a second!)
