My husband, daughter, and myself vacationed for a few days down in Clearwater. We were out looking for some food and decided on Badfins. We are SO happy that we did. It was the perfect spot to get a beer and hang on the patio out of the sun. We’re from CO and have so many breweries and was looking for some local options. Their selection was fantastic! The key lime cider was excellent. Yes, this is an order and sit down restaurant, but the food was great and the service was awesome. We had chips and guac, blackened grouper, shrimp tacos, and the kids quesadilla; all were great. We liked this place so much we went back a second time. Highly recommend! More...

This place is awesome. I highly recommend it if you are nearby the Wyndham Grand or in the Clearwater Beach area. I went on back-to-back days because I enjoyed it so much. On the first night, I ordered 'The' Shrimip Burrito. That is how it is spelled on the menu (typo?). It was very flavorful. I also loved the chips. The table had three sauces--BBQ, hot, and spicy salsa verde--for my use. All of them complemented the burrito and chips quite well. Because I enjoyed it so much, I decided to go back the next day for lunch. I opted to get the shrimp tacos on this second trip. Those too did not disappoint at all. Like the burrito, the flavors were excellent together, and I loved the ability to add the various sauces to the tacos and chips. The restaurant also has a nice beer selection. My only "complaint" is that they were out of Funky Buddha Floridian, which is my favorite beer. More...

Great low key place on Clearwater beach! Food is flavorful and reasonably priced, good beer selection. Only thing to be forewarned about is no air conditioned seating, they have a lot of fans and some misters so it was nice and cool under the shade.

My mom and I visited Badfins during our stay in Florida. We both really enjoyed how close this place was to clearwater beach as well as their great drink selection! I was super excited when I could order frozen drinks like pina colada. They also had a great selection of beers for beer lovers and the food portions were massive! My mom and I ordered the nachos to share and loved how they came with guac and a generous amount of toppings. We also ordered tacos to share - we got the veggie mushroom ones. The tacos were also very delicious (it came with 3 tacos). We certainly had a good amount of food and even had leftovers. We also liked how this place made their own sauces which we used to dip the chips. As our dessert we had the chocolate milk shake with peanut butter puffs. It was extremely DELICIOUS - to die for! Overall, we had a wonderful experience where the food was super delicious (with fresh ingredients) and the service was very attentive. We both can't wait to return here next time we are in Florida! - hopefully for the live music next time :D More...

Badfins is a very cute and fun beachside restaurant located at the Wyndham Grand (next to the big pink Hyatt). They have a good sized menu including some of the best seafood that we had on the beach. The grouper sandwich was delish! I also tried the shrimp and fish tacos which were equally as good. If you are looking for something other than seafood; they have that too....Oh and be sure to check out their large beer selection. It features a lot of local craft beers!
