With over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, I've helped people strengthen their personal and professional relationships, explore and discover their strengths, and skillfully navigate their worlds to achieve their goals.

With a strong and diverse background in leadership, social graces, entrepreneurship, teaching, coaching, living in and visiting many countries, as well as a down-to-Earth sincere, caring, yet honest personality, I help my clients establish their life goals and keep them accountable.

I specialize in young professionals but love working with a wide range of clients and helping them with their lives. It's wonderful to guide and then to follow my clients as they progress from "I don't know if I can" to "I think I can" all the way to "Wow! I did it!"
